Just finished a Greed Run with 99 coins and the machine jams at 5. Why tie unlocks behind the donation machine if it still has a chance to jam??
to pad the amount of time it takes to 100% complete the dlc as much as possible
Is this it? Do we have all the things now?

Probably not since the Blue Womb still has music associated with it that is never heard in the game. (due to there being no rooms to fight monsters in)
And there's also Skinless Hush from the files, as well as that old man character...
The 1001% achievement doesn't unlock either.

What track is that? Everything on the OST bandcamp page is accounted for as far as I can tell, unless there's a third track for that level somewhere? If you're talking about nativitate, that plays when you first enter the blue womb.
I will say tho that it is an oddly lengthy track given you probably only hear it for about 10 seconds. I wonder if blue womb and hush weren't originally planned to be a lot more than they ended up as, what with that full level music and the skinless hush variant, but time constraints made them have to cut back? It sure seems odd as it is.

Yeah, nativitate is the one. What I meant is that it has a guitar overlay that is only played if you're in a room with lots of monsters, like all the other tracks do.

uhh were bomb beggars always in this dlc?
i remember that bomb item pool someone said got added. his reward seems to be using it, he gave me scatter bombs.
Yeah they were in since the beginning, just incredibly rare.

The old man character was a red herring for The Keeper.

Then I really do hope they are expanding it, because if they aren't this just wrecks of "oops ran out of time". And cutting back on the new final chapter of all things would be pretty disappointing. Blue womb is a bit of an anti-climax atm, but honestly I don't think they're gonna change anything with it. o well
It still baffles me why the naming convention of the beggars isn't Beggar, Bloodsucker, Keymaster and Anarchist.
Last I checked, keymasters are the only one with a unique name.

Seems like a lot of well done visual design for a red herring.
Does anyone know if the Midas' Touch effect will work through the Holy Mantle?
Apparently Midas' Touch remove the damage scaling on Ultra Greed, so if it works through the Holy Mantle, an easy way to kill him with the lost would be to unlock the starting mantle and then reset for Midas' Touch.
Midas' Touch does not instakill Ultra Greed, just tested it.

Maybe it was patched out already then, I found it on the gamepedia. I also saw a video of the Hush being instakilled by it, so maybe it was a bug with the damage scaling. It's still a possibility that it removes their damage scaling armour then, I suppose?
On the Ultra Greed page it states that it removes his damage scaling armour(As of the 4th November Patch):

Then on the Midas' Touch page it just states that it instakill him:
http://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Midas'_Touch
So, if it doesn't instakill him, I guess my question instead will be if Midas' Touch can remove his damage scaling through the Holy Mantle. That still makes it a good option for the Lost, but you'll need some good damage on top of it to finish the fight quickly.
EDIT: I'm guessing the disagree is to Midas' Touch working through the Holy Mantle? Back to dieing over and over to Ultra Greed then :(
I cannot count how many times I accidentally mucked up a good run because I thought picking up Dead Cat was a good idea. Mostly because I don't keep track of how many times I did that.

off to a great start with Eden in greed mode!
ahaha holy fucking shit I instant-rerolled my holy mantle away during the daily run today out of reflex from so many Lost hush runs. I figured well fuck it lets see how far I can get anyways.

yeaaaaaaaa. a nice make-up from my last Lost run where that stupid blood donation machine telefragged me for fuck sake
Just throwing it out here, I'm really pissed at this whole ARG. Especially the pay off. At least I could actually unlock the Lost, even though I knew I'd never play him. But I don't play Isaac or Greed mode nearly enough to ever get 999 coins in the Greed Machine.
That and we're stuck with [sp]Hush[/sp] being the final boss.
Psst.
[sp]The 1001% Achivement isn't unlockable yet[/sp]
Unless Edmund is blatantly lying to our faces again, he tweeted that Blue Womb is the final chapter.

Honestly? I think it's a Half-Truth, along with Hush being the final boss.
I just don't want to take off my Tinfoil hat just yet.
Store Key unlocks after 666 coins in the greed donation machine, Lost starting with Holy Mantle is after about...887 coins.
Glowing Hourglass+Chaos Card+9-Volt is a good way to really speed up donations, by the way.

Capped earlier today, I'm more like 675 now, but I'm still pretty happy with it.
so with the lost starting with D4 and holy mantle now, is the new "playstyle" with him when you decide to reroll because if you reroll with holy mantle it doesn't appear in the item pool anymore?
Uh, is the Keeper invisible or is that just me?

Yeah my score could've been better since I wasn't trying for points (no exploring, took all items for better d4 rerolls, forgot to not open gold chests), just trying to survive. Next run I'm gonna not fuck up the mantle lol, see if I can't get a decent score on a lost run for ONCE

Glowing Hourglass+Chaos Card+Sharp plug works quite well.
None of the Keeper's unlocks seem in any way interesting, what's even the point?
At least the Lost unlocks items for every completion mark, the Keeper mostly just gives himself starting items, and another unlock actually actively gives you a disadvantage in every run.
Out of all the greed runs with the lost I've done, I win the one where I randomly went for it without resetting for a 9 lives/mantle start...

I got the 9 lives late in the game, I only died once because of something spawning on top of me. This was my first Ultra Greed kill and therefore the easier version of him.
Rubber Cement is actually fucking amazing for the Ultra Greed fight, as you can just instantly clear most of the shit he spawns.

This is one of my biggest annoyance in greed mode. It would be nice if there was some indication of where enemies are going to spawn before they actually spawn there. Have like mini pentagram summoning circles of some shit appear where enemies are going to spawn when the count down gets close to zero or something.
I mean I realise you get like half a second where enemies don't deal contact damage after spawning, but that's not always enough, especially if you're still in the heat of battle.
Oh my god I'm a fucking idiot, I had a nearly broken greed run with gnawed leaf and familiars, just missing a source of generating money for glowing hourglass and chaos card, when I decided to use my last two containers to pick up rotten baby and nine lives (in that order) in the devil room.
Except it wasn't nine lives.
