Fucking beat down Lamb going in blind without taking damage. I'm not a big fan of the bosses but holy shit the circumstances give them more intensity any other gave never could accomplish.

In the dark room you only get red chests anyway.

Well, that was a successful run, and with defeating both Isaac and ??? as Isaac, apparently that earned me Golden God. Turns out the main requisite for Golden God is "Kill ??? and The Lamb" nowadays. A'ight, I ain't complaining.

Made a little ol' Kramps model for fun earlier. Was fun to sculpt out something so ambiguous and plain in design and give it a bit more oomph [t]http://i.imgur.com/etRzgzp.png[/t] Also totally open to potentially do some requests for other bosses or even enemies from the game!

Really wish they never added Bandage girl. The two times i've ran into Book of revelations in the multiple times i've restarted to get it, Famine has giving me Ball of Bandages. It's driving me mad. One of the runs I got a joker card floor one and ended up getting Brimstone. I swear they made Brimstone tons harder to run into now. Even though I didn't get meat boy that run at least I got to use Brimstone.

Goddamn Mr. Fred, my shot at getting Bandage Girl was going so well.

So, I'm 48 hours in Rebirth I managed to beat the very definitive final boss (assuming that title goes to [sp]Mega Satan[/sp]) and I'm currently trying to unlock items and other goodies Something I don't want to involve myself in are the challenges, however Now, I know this will sound like the rant of a scrub to you, but I found the Rebirth challenges more annoying and frustrating than anything else In the original game they were a mixed bag, with some being very easy, other hard but fair (I lost a ton of time trying to clear the Purist, but I don't regret even a single minute of it all) In comparison, Rebirth's challenge are frustrating plain and simple (tell me that anyone undergoes Solar System or Cat Got Your Tongue for a different reason than unlocking stuff)

Wafer, Loki Horns, and BBF's buffed Demon baby and Little Steven were just icing on the cake of a crazy good run, complete with a Black market appearance in the Cathedral of all places, courtesy of Daddy Long Legs breaking a block. If I knew the run was going to get that crazy I would have went for the Angels and fought Mega Satan. Speaking of, I was never a fan of the bosses in BoI, but holy fuck is Mega Satan a satisfying fight. all the stages and shit he throws at you make it so much more than the 30 second fight anything else is.

I can't imagine myself going back to the original, this seems really pointless imo I mean the effort is good and everything but nobody expected this kind of thing to happen. Everyone bought Rebirth and ditched the old one. I'm too used to 60 fps and no bullshit lag when more than 4 flies are on screen.

I like the old music better, and WOTL doesn't have walking hosts, so I'm excited for that update.

I'm surprised they're even ABLE to update the first game anymore. Didn't it end up as kind of a shambling mess because they were pushing Flash to the absolute limit?

I thought that too. Guess they found a work-around.

Apparently it's just Florian Himsl (the coder for the original game) working on the update, Edmund isn't doing art for it (so he's not really involved) but he told Florian that updating the original game was okay. I'm pretty sure he's just doing it for fun after getting around the issues he had with flash, and the update might even make me go back to the original game for a few hours, so even if it's kinda silly that the original game is getting updated I'm all for it. (Also, it'd be cool if the new champion bosses and enemies got added to rebirth; but that's just me.)
