And those new alternate floors look great, from the 2 I've seen at least. The change in enemies and their mechanics is what I was expected from the ones in Afterbirth.
I unlocked a "secret exit" or something like that for dying as judas, then again as lazarus while in the womb. I highly doubt how and who I died as has any correlation to why I unlocked it, but I have no idea what that means other than the description "Your fate is diverse" which I'm assuming is the path to the third endgame area.
Afterbirth+ is going to be amazing in the long run with modders like the guys behind Antibirth.
Fuck. Now I gotta play this mod to see if they cover any of my 200+ item ideas

Nope, I haven't been to the corpse yet. I went to all the other alternate floors though, and I gotta say the Visage is probably my favorite boss so far. I assume I need to unlock the corpse?

The only way I was able to beat it was through being so OP that I beat it too fast to see what it did

The Visage is a upgraded version of the Mask of Infamy. It's a stone mask chained to a stone heart, gotta break the chain in order to deal damage.
One of the cooler mechanics is that the heart throws out a chain every now and again, and it can hook onto anything in the room. If it hooks onto you, you get pulled towards the heart, if it hooks onto a wall, the heart slams into it and fires off projectiles and if it hooks onto the mask it swings the mask around until the mask hits a wall and throws out more projectiles.
Seriously though, this is what I thought Afterbirth was GOING to be.

I hate unlocking God Head.
Three times to chest with single key piece. 8 time to chest, in total.
So I got the [sp]knife[/sp] but couldn't open the door to the final secret chapter. That kinda frustrated the fuck out of me.

[sp]unfortunately it doesn't showcase the Corpse I boss Rot Gut, which is one of the most fascinating bosses in the game. Won't spoil that one for you either but it's a hell of a ride[/sp]
I tried that, didn't work. Did so multiple times, decided to say fuck it and go to womb expecting the door to show up there and work. It didn't.
Also, I take back what I said about The Visage being my favorite boss, The Rainmaker is. I just love watching all his saucy animations play.
How many floors did they end up adding? It's an extremely impressive mod.

Ok fixed that error by allowing it as an exception in my anti-virus, but now it crashes on startup.
I can't be arsed to battle this error hydra tonight.

Do you have Afterbirth as well?
I think you need to reinstall Afterbirth after you installed Antibirth, the same startup crashing issue happened with me until I reinstalled Afterbirth.
Something I've noticed with people I watch is that they keep thinking the mod just added three bosses and a handful of enemies and items and they stop after a single playthrough.
It's bugging the shit out of me that they're playing not even a quarter of the mod's real content.
So I beat the REAL final boss [sp]I think[/sp] and man going through the completely different path makes this feel like a whole separate game this mod was REALLY well done and is without a single doubt worth a download I'd for sure pay money for it if required to

Wonder if Antibirth will be one of the mods they decide to integrate, I'm not playing it (will wait for Afterbirth+ and a 'proper' version of it) but from what y'all are saying it blows Afterbirth out of the water.

I think you can just wait 3 minutes for the doors to open, or just spam shit-bombs. They'll spew shit gas everywhere and damage every enemy in the room. It usually takes two of them placed anywhere to kill most enemies.
You can also use the bombs to bust open the doors if needs be.
