Hoping for balance mods! The community will make this game, given enough time now that the door is open with tools and the like of the Antibirth team!

With how it sounds so far (and I understand that not all the content is like this), I hope one of the first mods to come out is simply just to keep the improvements and remove the bullshit. A Rebirth+, if you will.

I was already annoyed when boss challenge rooms no longer guarantee items because why even bother with them then, but now even item rooms don't guarantee items? Well if there's any bright side to this it's the nodding support, so I'll at least look forward to the inevitable "rebalancing of Isaac" mod

Welp I'll stick around to Antibirth and make this the first BoI related thing that I dont buy Fuck them for upping the artificial difficulty.

The black holes must be broken. They spawn so many enemies so goddamn fast. If you don't have a gamebreaking run, you're totally fucked 75% of the time.

[sp]- Some Pokemon Go thing - Something called "Contagion", same sprite as Toxic Shock except red - An infinity-sided die, probably rerolls something - "Yo Listen", which appears to just be Navi from OoT - A bomb with lipstick and eyes named "Mama Mega" - A black syringe named "Euthanasia" - A red pickaxe named "Data Miner" - An analog stick - Depression. I was on the third floor when I got some enemy who looked like a giant version of Little Horn sort of and had his holes spawning and all that. Things were fine, he had a lot of health but his attacks weren't too hard to dodge. [I]But then he spawned a regular sized Little Horn.[/I] I didn't have the damage or the speed or the room to maneuver between LH's bombs, the big guy's arms and sometimes bombs, as well as killing them both. On the third floor of all things [sp]also there's an item called potato peeler, looks sort of like a gardening trowel with a hole in it. You lose a heart container upon use, but you get a cube of meat[/sp]

The modding documentation is kind of...not helpful? I would have liked if they added a few in-game items as mods to show us how they work but there's not much to go off of...I guess I have to wait until people poke and prod at it and figure it out.
