Does clearing bosses on hard mode award special unlocks?

One of the most OP seeds I've had in a while: X6NL WSP0 Play as Judas, go for angel rooms and boss rush, but take the devil deal before the boss rush. Your tears should end up as a sort of firehose of death. That plus Infestation 2 from the boss rush and becoming guppy in the cathedral = ridiculous. Finally got trinity shield after 20 (thousand?) Judas runs. The only items I have left to find are in the secret room pool, because I haven't found a good way of quickly going through that set. Well, I also need to unlock the super bandage, but fuck that.

i just had my (litteraly) luckiest run, mega triple penetrating tears (+ samson's bloodlust) into guppy after the mom fight, afterwards i found the cancer trinket, and then i found Transcendence (i know i already had flight from guppy but come on that item's quite rare). pretty sure i ended the run with like 4 or 5 bars of luck :v:

I got a Death's Touch Triple Shot Run ruined by Technology 2. The scythes came out every three seconds it was horrible. Tip: Never assume Tech 2 synergizes well with other items.

Well this run gave me what might be my best run in the near 60 hours ive played so far, at least until the very unlikely chance I earn godhead or waste my time with unlocking stopwatch. [t]http://i.imgur.com/SEvXRsd.png[/t] Here's a combo I never thought about. Parasite cricket spectral tears, just fucking nukes rooms, and note that's just in chapter 3. Find a rock and you instantly make the room bullet hell. Also the Eden run I was on gave me a free crystal ball at the start, resulting in easy runthroughs since there was no way I could get lost. Fastfoward to womb 1 [t]http://i.imgur.com/zmRmbzz.png[/t] AND THERE'S THE BEST. WELP. I actually didn't get it because the -3 heart seemed steep to get an item that doesn't synergize with my current setup. aparrently that wasn't the best idea because The chest decided to drop quadruple double champion Monstro, double Monstro II, and double Adversary all in a line. So after that cuntlord Infamy cheated me out of a deal with the devil so I could salvage my triple homing tears run that had completely minimum damage and fire rate, the next floor gives me Small Rock and Technology. Triple homing beams are thing of beauty. And to add icing to the cake, left hand pays off on the cathedral by letting me become guppy for an endless fly stream.

So presumably Basicila is an alternate Cathedral, and apparently Topheth was a place in the Hinnom Valley (aka Gehenna) where people sacrificed their children to the gods Moloch and Baal. So basically an alternate Sheol. As for "Corpse" presumably that's a third path to travel after Womb/Utero, where after defeating Mom's Heart the place effectively festers and rots.
