It's unlock condition seems to be out of spite, so I can't imagine it does something beneficial.

I blame both Edmund and Nicalis for how the expansions turned out. It's more of Nicalis's fault, but Edmund should have followed closely behind them to make sure things were running smoothly. He owns the game for god sake, at least make sure it's not being fucked over.

I downloaded antibirth because I've heard nothing but praiase about it I'm really excited to play some good isaac instead of this question, will this ruin my save on the base game?

I'm curious how many fixes to the base game are again locked to this DLC. Off the top of my head I know the [del]krampus spinning brimstone was removed (finally)[/del], but I'm guessing there's probably more. man I love paying for patches

Tbh as shitty or not shitty this DLC is I feel like it's worth it regardless due to the mod potential to get our perfect Isaac and then some in due time. I'm not saying paying for that is good or anything but with the hand we were dealt i'll probably be holding on to the DLC anyways and not refunding.

She actually worked on afterbirth a bit and made the rotten womb before they decided to garbage her work and use their own rotten womb instead.

That was just to show modding capabilities I saw it in my sidebar ages ago and was super confused.

I really like the idea they have for the final floor and boss, but I feel the execution was really poor and felt like they went way too hard on the recycling.

IMO Nicalis needs to beg and grovel for the Antibirth team's help to fix Afterbirth+.
