If you aren't seeing the boss, make sure you have the most recent version of Antibirth, because she wasn't in the release version.

There's a difference between, say, opening a chest and it spawning bombs or spiders or something that you can avoid/kill. But a chest that looks harmless but damages you, unavoidably, when you open it, is a terrible idea. It's the definition of a game feeling unfair. I mean, sure, you could go "meta" and just not open chests without surplus HP. But that isn't [I]fun.[/I]

It's more subtle than Dark Souls' tell and it needs you to keep an eye out for a variation of three pixels on a very common object's model, but it's a tell![/del] Scratch that, this is a WIP mod. So i actually defeated [sp]Mega Satan[/sp] with Apollyon and I didnt get any new item unlocks, nor an achievement. I didn't enable any custom seeds or anything. I installed a mod that changes the colors of the stat hud. I should have figured that installing any kind of mods hinders game progression. That's lame. I believe if the mod only modifies base game files, you can just copy the resource folder of the mod into the root folder of the game, then you can get the achievements using mods.
i understand most of the gripes people have with the new DLC but the BoI subreddit is fucking dogpiling anyone that says they liked it. seems worse than gmod players responding to gmod 13

I don't follow everything to do with Isaac, does Ed and Tyrone consider spiders to be better than flies? The Spider transformation looks like kinda crap compared to Guppy, and the Box of Spiders still takes two room clears to charge when Guppy's Head still only costs one.

It's a shame that no transformation really matches Guppy. The spider one could've been a different cat, maybe it'd replace guppy bits like the cube of meat and ball of bandages.

The game keeps crashing on startup. It gets to a black screen then crashes. I already have vcredist installed. Bullshit.

If anything, he was testing with playtesters with [i]no[/i] experience or common sense if they weren't able to call out the obvious bullshit as they came across it. If anything this comes off as a rude slice at the general playerbase about them not being good enough at the game unlike those "too experienced testers" that they had working on it.
