Honestly the hardest part is restarting a million times to get pyromaniac. After that you have a pretty good chance of getting infinite rerolls, at which point you're set. Just beat mom and you're good. Blindfolded and low damage flies being your only attack? Get your ugly ass to the heart then we'll talk. Every attack can kill you and range is nonexistant? BEAT ISSAC OR GET THE FUCK OUT. I got lucky with one of the hard challenges where the first room I say was a 1 dice room and I just rerolled all my shit into dead onion and other stuff that was usuable. Also, I'm editing my runs to give me holy mantle at the beginning of my lost runs. Should I feel like a bad person because I don't have a chance in hell of beating unless I die a few hundred items because I didn't get one of the 3 items that makes Lost playable. Oh, and starting runs with book of revelations for the SMB familiars.
