Well, just beat Mega Satan with an Eden that started out with Ipecac. Build got pretty interesting when I got the 20/20 (love that item) and the Saggitarius, and with the help of the Goat's Head I was able to fight the Angels for the Key pieces, get down to the Dark Room, and HOLY SHIT Mega Satan's one hell of a fight. Later phases of that fight felt pretty bullet hellish, but my Ipecac Blaster attacks made short work of the demon, leading me to Ending 16. Turns out Guppy was in the chest with Isaac too.

Yes I finally unlocked the d6! And it was with the weirdest synergy I've had so far. It was soy milk+number one+firemind+the inner eye. Explosions everywhere, loved it.

Ipecac+Soy Milk is hilarious. And by "hilarious" I mean "It makes me fear for my life"

I somehow managed to get Dead Boy, Golden God, and the D20 at the same time. Felt pretty proud but in all honestly Blue Baby was kinda easy, not that I'm complaining or anything. So how the fuck do I get the D6? They really want me to work for that item don't they?

Just clear chest as ???. Frankly, I would have preferred that the RNG-bending be saved for much later in the experience, such as filling ???'s post-it on hardmode. OG Isaac had it unlocked at It Lives with ??? because that was all the game had to offer, then the Satan route got added, then Isaac and ??? afterward -- Womb was no longer the end, but the goalpost for unlocking the D6 in Rebirth wasn't moved to the end, only to half of the end.

Had an eden run that started with book of revelations. Got TWO horseman throughout the entire run. They really put zero thought into these meatboy + bandaid girl achievements lmfao.

Speaking of BoR, got it early on and unlocked half of ???'s items with it on hard.

I just need to find godhead in a run and I will be complete. Angel rooms have never bothered me until the point of trying to find them.

How the fuck i was suposed to see that one fucking little spider hidden under the fucking HUD ? I didn't even unlocked the Lost yet and holy shit i can't for the life out of me get the Dark Boy achievement.

I also hate spiders. Also, I had this azazel run where I literally oneshotted everything. Sadly I made the mistake of not going to satan for a dark room run. But I killed isaac in one burst of brimstone(haven't unlocked both pictures).

I keep getting Proptosis and Inner Eye together pretty much always when one of them is gotten. I'm not complaining, it's cool and all. If I get it and haven't beaten boss rush on that character yet, those two items pretty much guarantee it.

Imagine if you got Soy Milk or Number One beforehand... Now THAT would be brutal.

I've pretty much stopped taking 3 Dollar Bill because if it gives you the proptosis effect in the room with the Blastocyst grub that's in the corner walled off by a pit and the 2 skulls, it's impossible to hit because 3 Dollar Bill's Proptosis range can't reach it. If you don't have flight or bombs, the run's basically over. Or at least it was the last time I picked it up. I am so pissed. So at the start of my run I ran across a Suicide King card. I continued with it, and entered the Boss Rush room to find an Ankh, which was a god-send. HOWEVER, using Suicide King in the Boss Rush room apparently made me respawn outside it. And my 10 Items + the second Boss rush item were sealed in.
