I had a cool item idea way too late to suggest it for the expansion: tears way up + tear recoil. So you would get the classic minigun effect.

That would be a fun little feature indeed.

Acid Tears would probably be a sought-after upgrade in that case. Maybe the item for that could be a "Facecrab", a nod to both the Headcrab of Half-Life and its inspiration the Facehugger, which sits atop Isaac's enlarged cranium a'la the Parasite.

It is very weak on its own though, which is a big disappointment transitioning from the first game. It's typically not worth picking up unless you just want to have a fun run and not so much a victory in the bag.

There should be a mandatory tempting 6 sided-dice room at the start of every womb floor. Just incase you're underpowered / Overpowered and want to spice things up... [sp] ...and end up with soy milk [/sp]

Well, I have all the main icons, save for Boss Rush, on all characters except Blue Baby. And no, I'm not going to gun for The Lost because I'm not that masochistic (the reward just ain't worth the effort, especially when you have to put in more brutal effort just to get the REAL rewards). After maxing Blue Baby I'll probably just wait for Afterbirth, so I can gun for the new stages and the new character.

Just got mama's boy and slew the lamb with judas. All I need now is maggie then I've beaten the entire game with every character (apart from the lost).

Its still a hell of a challenge but makes sure you don't die to unfair bullshit like a random spider hop or anything in sheol or reset several hundred times trying to open with the nutz

Oh fuck yes, unlocked every achievement except for platinum gods. It's gonna suck playing over and over just to get those few items, though. I haven't gotten an angel room for months.

I'm finally done with the donation machine. Now i can stop throwing money at it and regret it later because of a better item in the next shop.
