I really hope they add Mega version of the horsemens in the next DLC. They could even appear after defeating the normal ones, give a special item in addition of having a chance of dropping MB or BG.

Haven't had much luck, so many rerolls shit :v: What approach would you recommend me the most guys?

One is to restart until you get book of revelations and then use it on every floor (guarantees a horseman as boss). The game can still screw you over by throwing conquest in your face in the womb, or a headless horseman anywhere else. The other approach is to break the game. Start as Isaac w/ D6. Restart until you get pyromaniac, then try to get sharp plug from a store. The basic idea of this method is to reroll a pedestal item until you get the monster manual, and then repeatedly use the monster manual while recharging it to force the game to spawn you a meat boy/bandage girl. To accomplish this you need some way of replenishing your health infinitely, and that can be done in many ways, but the easiest one is to synergize with your pyromaniac and get a basic explosive attack. It's a grueling, RNG-based method, but it's the way I got full MB/BG.

It would be infinitely less frustrating if Book of Revelations made horsemen spawn on every floor with no specific boss. 1-2 more chances of getting a cube or ball would stop all the BS at womb. There's the issue of fighting the same boss twice in the same environment, but this already happens at the final floor and champion bosses exist as an alternative, it wouldn't be that much of an issue

Mr. Fred and any kind of Double trouble room can still fuck it up with the book of revelations in addition to the other horsemen. It's smarter to just try the monster manual method as Isaac with D6. Saved me a lot of time.

But after you have one, the chance of getting the other via the strategy is halved. For the other, I definitely recommend the pyromaniac + sharp plug strategy because it actually has a really high chance of success once you get pyromaniac. The shop pool is really small and you're guaranteed a shop on every floor, so finding sharp plug is almost inevitable. Once you find a room with explosive enemies, you've got infinite rerolls. After that it's just a matter of patience.

Well, at least she's Isaac-sized thanks to BFFs. I still think that it should give you a choice between Cube of Meat and Ball of Bandages, with the Horses only showing up if you have There's Options.

That moment when you go fight Mega Satan with no projectile protection at all, almost no damage output, no friends besides a dead cat, not even an usable item, and that he kills your 7 hearts in less than 1 minute. And then you come back with 1 heart thanks to dead cat and you refight him because you have nothing to lose, 1 time, 2 times, 8 times, and finally at the 9th and very last life, YOU MANAGE TO BEAT HIM WITHOUT GETTING HIT ONCE. Holy christ, I'm good.

Give me Dead Cat and I can manage with the Lost. Nothing was as nerve-racking as bossrush though. That's the only thing I'm glad I was able to complete, the chest/dark room were more or less doable with high tears, damage, and as I said, Dead Cat.
