I actually really liked the flash issac soundtrack because of it was more upbeat and fluid in my opinion.
Question... Is it going to be Matthias/Ridiculon again?
If so, I think I'm confident enough in their work to be optimistic.

I feel like the new soundtrack is better because it fits more, the old one was catchy and nice but the new one is the same while being more fitting to the environment of the game and such. I honestly don't think that the old one was that fitting, just really catchy.
Perfect example is the Cathedral theme, it's way better in Rebirth cause it actually sounds like what a Cathedral would.

My opinions on the soundtrack is that the flash soundtrack sounds more emotional while the rebirth soundtrack sounds more epic.

Something interesting, he was only taking half a heart of damage in the womb and it didn't look like the filter was there. It's not in the image of the rotting womb either, so I wonder if it was removed.
Maybe it's based on enemy/attack type now? I know it already is in earlier floors (dash attacks and explosions do a full heart), but past catacombs/depths 2, that goes out the window and it's all one heart.

Finally managed to get meat boy, but still those achievements aren't unlocked. I have all the endings, items and lost items unlocked. Are my achievements bugged or am I missing something?

Press Alt + F2 while in the stats screen in-game. This syncs steam achievements with game achievements.

Have you picked up all the items? You need to do that to unlock Platinum God/Real Platinum God

Oh man, used the seeds to do Issac, Maggy, and Judas runs to unlock the lost, then got REAAAALLLLYY lucky with my first Azazel attempt, got Holy Mantle, so that helped a ton, and also got Trinity Shield, so I never really got hit, plus got a bunch of dmg up items, and even unlocked Dark Boy and Mama's Boy, which made me happy.
The best feeling in the world is getting brimstone or mom's knife in a challenge run that starts with severely nerfed damage output.

Getting Brimstone in any non-blindfold run is good because that's basically your win condition.
And then you have family man, better known as the "will you be lucky enough to get hive mind?" challenge.

zero lol. Undertale only really got popular about a week ago, and given the fact they wouldn't even add that finished womb alt design I imagine they're not looking to add new content anymore, just bug fix.

It looks like an alt of the jar where you can instead catch flies to deploy later as attack flies. Which i guess is kinda neat
