I really don't get the design decision about Utero. There's literally nothing different about it, except for some room layouts maybe. Otherwise it's just a name change. I thought they would improve on it before Rebirth was released, since maybe they lacked ideas for an alt floor with WOTL. I was disappointed to see it remain the exact same in Rebirth.

There are hidden achievements, right? I don't see [sp]a new platinum god or an achievement for Mega Satan or beating a different final boss...[/sp]

For anyone that doesn't want to get spoiled though, I'd leave a warning saying that it pretty much gives away all the new achievement items.

There are a ton of achievements that only unlock co-op babies. If we use the prior icon theming going on, here's a rundown of what we get. 1 with a bloodstained icon. Lilith to Mom's Heart on Hard. 12 with red-orange icons. 1 for each character including Lost. Unprecedented color use for the icon. Could be for anything. We know that at least one of these groups needs to be for Mega Satan, this color seems most fitting for it. 12 with tan icons. The bloodstained icon is also tan, but not included in this tally. Previous unlocks for Mom's Heart are also tan but likely that these ones are for something else. 1 with a pale-blue icon. 11 other ones that use this color are for end-game unlocks. 0 with yellow-orange icons. These 12 are also for an end-game group of unlocks, but none of them yeild a co-op baby. Frankly I find this a bit concerning, especially since many people find co-op to be essentially non-existent. There's a bounty of babies made specifically for co-op and they go ignored by a majority of players. Unless an item is added that spawns familiars that use co-op baby art and mechanics, they'll largely go unused and abandoned, especially since 25 of the new achievements are being demoted to filler to those players.

Played Godmode mod for the last time today. I honestly can't believe I had the patience to sit through all this. All the final bosses are just awful, and all the regular bosses have their health tripled.

It doesn't drastically change up the whole game like some other mods do...it just adds new enemies using animation file trickery. And they're pretty cool enemies. Technically it makes the game harder, too, but not unfairly so.

The new steam achievements for Afterbirth are now applied. It seems [sp]Cain now gets the paperclip.[/sp] Oh wow I'm blind, same page even :v:

The original intro set the scene nicely, it was creepy in it's own right and it didn't need to be remade to look like Satan's recruitment video.
