I've had punching bag walk into a red poop on The guardian and it instantly did 4 hearts to my red hearts, bypassing my Soul hearts.

I actually managed to do Guardian out of sheer luck. I also blew up a blood bank with only one donation and got IV bag, so that helped a lot.

Can black poops hurt you? If anyone is up to it, I'd like to request a graphics mod that adds a skull icon to the red poops and a lightbulb icon to the black poops so I can tell them apart from each other and the normal ones.

funny how I beat [sp]hush[/sp] with azezel nerfed, though I got mom's knife with incubus. Also blue bomber become easy when you get to resurrect as judas and get health upgrades. I'm finding challenge 29 the hardest of them all though.
