Heroes of the Storm - It's like if Blizzard made Smash Bros. but not! - Games

I honestly feel that the money you earn relies mostly on how lucky you are with quests. If you get the 800 gold quest several days in a row like my friend - you're going there in no time. If you get the 200 gold quests? Then you have to rely on grinding.

So I have Zeratul, Li Li, and Sonya up for anyone to grab. No charge, just PM me if you want one of them.

I don't know why but Raynor feels kind of weak to me, even if I consistently do top damage with him. This is of course with both the q-build and rightclick builds. Maybe it has to do with his absolute dick early game? I'm not really sure if that's entirely the reason but holy shit he does nothing early on, other than being able to bait pretty well with his E.

Hyperion is amazing for pushing, and he has good sustain. His early game is actually amazing, with inspire + his longer range you can dominate the lane. Use your q's and autoattack the enemy whenever they approach. The reason I think he's bad, is even his "good build" (the q build) or his popular build (autoattack build) are sort of underwhelming. I was watching a video and some guy thought the 50% more damage thing meant they were vulnerable for 1 second or something. Nope, that'd be actually really good and probably make him top tier. It's just 50% more damage on his q. It's not bad, you can do roughly 1400+ damage to one person while stunning them for 1 second, but after that you just sort of wait for the other one and inspire your teammates.

I know about inspire + q + autos in lane but his early game damage is really poor so you have to really keep it up for it to do something versus a lane with a healer or someone tanky. I've also actually had more success with his auto build amusingly enough, despite mainly going with the q-build in the past. I'd probably agree about him being one of the worse heroes in the game though. I don't think there's really anything I'd pick him for instead of anyone else, except for being a slightly more durable assassin (but Tychus when built right does this and more anyway so) [editline]6th June 2015[/editline] Also his mastery skin looks really baller. The second color variation makes him look like he'd fit right in with the Blood Ravens.

Sonya is in a fucking terrible spot right now. I actually don't understand how her win rate went up after the last patch (maybe because she was free the week before?). She is (was) one of my favorite Warriors and right now she is just complete shit at anything.

What's a good hero to carry myself with as a new player?

Main Murky, no regrets, he is fucking strong

Falstad is amazing and so fucking stronk. Raynor is pretty good and his range advantage is hugely useful. It's like playing SC2 and doing a dance with marines keeping them just in firing range and just out of enemy firing range. Arthas is a strong as shit and powerful tank that changes every fight he gets into(in my experience). Diablo is okay, feels like he's a wimp in a lot of ways though. Muradin is the man though. I'm pretty sure he's one of the tankiest characters you can possibly build, and he's just ridiculous because of it. I need to save up enough gold to buy either Nova, or a melee assassin or something because I'm not really sure what I want to play yet.

murky. murky does everything every other role does. also lame that the butcher doesnt use his hook for anything at all since they wanted him to be 100% different from stitches.

Been playing Muradin mainly because he's super cheap but also has a few different roles you can take with him. Building him tanky as fuck and using his stuns in team fights is incredibly useful but then building him with ridiculous damage output and being able to basically one shot any hero is nice too. i'm not sure you can get a better hero for 2k [editline]6th June 2015[/editline] i'm thinking of saving up gold for Sylvanas next, good idea y/n?

His second ult is basically slark pounce(minus mobility) on a 60 second CD. Its decent in this game, tho the level 20 ult is like puck+sparks combined, sounds decent.

Ugh I don't know if I should get Azmodunk or Nova... I love how both of them play so thats even worse
