Insane-O: All NPCs carry any weapon in the game. They Hate Me: NPCs randomly have standard weapons, but those that do attack on sight. POSTAL 2: Hestonworld, but everyone attacks on sight. Impossible: Insane-O, but everyone attacks on sight.

You get this info normally when selecting the difficulty. There is a screen with it asking you if you actually want to play like this or if you are too scared and wanna back out.

So out of 15 difficulty levels only 2 of them has any sort of description.

Okay, I've been playing the game a bit, and I have some minor complaints: -The Chompy minigame on the fish finder does in fact use its Dark Voodoo powers to protect the user from harm, but does not protect him from getting arrested. -I was disappointed when there was no achievement for punching the hanging meat in the butcher shop. -I also was disappointed when the 'rabid pitbull with AIDS' gave me neither rabies nor AIDS. Other than that I'm having fun.
