It lets you explore, and rewards you for it with cool things like catnip that makes you feel like a lizard king and slows down time except for you. Or finding an arena where NPCs fight each other. Or finding a diseased cow head and throwing it into a crowd, watching them vomit blood and infect others. Or throwing a sledgehammer into a cows anus, whether it be on purpose or on accident. Or blow down doors using a sawed-off double-barreled shotgun that can also shred apart the bodies of living beings Or finding a cop's outfit, running around killing all civilians, and the only thing cops will do or say is "It's not worth the pension man." or "You're making us look bad." Or just simply trying to be the normal guy in a town full of crazy idiots where the only sane people probably are the RWS employees and you. But personally, I don't play this game for any of that. I got past monday, and after I killed the protestors, I killed all of the RWS employees. I'm so sorry Mike. Then I went to the bank. Waited in line like a good civilian even though I was bustin heads with a shovel and killing peeps with a shotty seconds before. Cashed my paycheck, oh no, bank robbers come out of the blue ! I whip out my machine gun and kill 'em all. Cop gets mad at me for stealin' his job, so I have to fight through an horde of pissed off cops. Now that everyone is dead, I figure I might as well loot the vault, eh? I loot it, and now I have $475 ! (i had $375 from looting all the people I killed...) Upon coming out of the vault, my mouse glitches and I go to the left, runnning into a book shelf which fucking opens ! I come in, and find a cache with tons of guns and ammo ! Cool ! Then I walk through the rest of the place, and after minutes of trying to figure out how to go through the vent, I gave up and looked up how to crouch. After seeing what it was and facepalming seeins as it was the only key I hadn't tried, I went through the vent and hid in a house (much to the displeasement of it's occupiants. Oh well, they can't complain when they're dead.) until the police wasn't after me anymore. I strolled to the lucky ganeesh, got my goat milk, paid money and fucked off home. I'm going to try tuesday today. And what's in the employee only room? The indian/arab/whatever guys gets mad if you go there and I don't want to risk my kevler and ammo to a mad M16 wielding terrorist if I don't know what's in there.
