I have a question, actually, now that i was thinking about it.
The Postal Dudes wife, does she even have a design? And this is ignoring the Uwe Boll film.
I'd like to imagine that if she did appear in person her face would be always obscured by some prop or article of clothing.

I always imagined her to look like postal dude in drag :v:

Nah, she's always been faceless.
Small suggestion, could you make it possible for us to skip the intro cutscene
The current Postal Dude model in Postal III was created by Trashmasters. However, Running With Scissors had actually created their own model in-house beforehand done by Josh Leichliter, the very same man who modeled and textured the original POSTAL 2 Postal Dude model.
Here's a comparison between Josh Leichliter's model and Trashmasters' model:

Despite being a very technically competent model, I don't think Trashmasters captured the essence of The Postal Dude. You can see they even nearly forgot his crucifix.
Yeah, I actually like the in-house one. He has good color to him but he looks a bit on the more demented side. I liked the Postal 3 one because he had more color but he has way too much there, compared to this one.

I think there was a picture of her from the movie used for one of the picture frames in Postal 3 which I guess means the movie goes with the game but the game never counted anyway
Nah, she's always been faceless.
I'm kind of hoping her full name is actually Your Hateful Wife Dude.
Guess that needs to be sorted!
They have to produce steam when we piss on them though, that's the most satisfying part.
Nah, she's always been faceless.
Well, if a picture of her is ever shown, you guys should totally use Judas' idea.
as you can already tell from my past posts in this thread i am an incredibly talented artist and willing to do concept art 4 u for the low price of 50k a year + tip + sexual favors
[t]http://puu.sh/6eXGi.jpg[/t]
Sorry no sexual favors (I cost more than anyone could work off in a lifetime) but the 50K a year sounds reasonable enough for such a high level of art.

She does appear in one of the narrations of PIII though, she's like a very obese lady but that's all I remember

Yeah but Postal 3 was made by the russkies so it doesnt count.

Ooh, ooh, can i join in?
I can be his inker when he's working with the papers and the pencils on the tables.

Oh jesus, automerge broke.
[editline]14th January 2014[/editline]
Also, is it weird if im kind of interested in seeing another Postal 1 type game? Well, of course, with some inserts of jet-black-on-jet-black comedy in spots, but still.
Yeah but Postal 3 was made by the russkies so it doesnt count.
The writing was from RWS, not sure about the storyboards for the narrations though
Man, I figured I'd try to model a prop or something, but then I realized... I have no fuckin idea how the Unreal 1 engine works. :v:

This was just released. It quite eloquently sums up the fun of Postal 2.
Has this game ever explained where the children are? I thought it'd be like GTA and Saints Row where kids (and pets) were outright banned in the streets.
You know what sucks though? When you get down to it, the Dude looks like one of those creepy edgy kids that everyone cringes at, especially with the trenchcoat :/
I honestly had always thought that was sort of the point. The character himself is angry, and a bit deranged, the player is what makes him a batshit insane lunatic, but his very character is just that sort of "off" feeling person.

Let's just assume the bystanders hide their children away on a daily basis from the local lunatic who often mutters "i guess it would be more politically correct to kill the children and minorities first" to himself.
Postal Dude from Apocalypse Weekend is best postal dude
Even if it is just a bloody bandage, it makes him look so fucking badass
I don't remember if Apocalypse Weekend gave Dude a full new body or not.

Old screenshot of mine, the most I know is the head on the 2nd body is the one he uses in Apocalypse Weekend, but with the bandage around his head, due to how his facial hair and glasses look.
I don't remember too well, but I think when I played Apocalypse Weekend he used the first body with the second head, plus bandages. Could have been bugged though since I originally pirated the game, got sick of all the added modded shit in about an hour and bought the Fudge pack off the RWS site.
Speaking of which, I still have the Fudge pack somewhere I think, and I bought the Steam version a month or two ago for the easier running, community use, etc.

i love this game
I did something similar to this only I lit the store on fire and turned into a urine sprinkler beforehand. This was during the gimp suit escapade.
I need to know, is postal 2 banned in sweden or was that just temporairly, i get mixed messages from plenty of sources.
I need to know, is postal 2 banned in sweden or was that just temporairly, i get mixed messages from plenty of sources.
It's not.
I think the only game banned in Sweden is that Dead or Alive game which had underage girls in it.

gotta work on the left arm to make the shovel fit in the picture
somehow reminds me a bit of woody with the skinny body large extremities proportions.
Don't forget the smiley pin
That has always been my favorite part of the outfit.
