Nice .gif, but is it safe to assume you rendered the gameplay footage in Vegas/After Effects? I can notice frame resampling ('ghost' frames); may be a good idea to have it disabled as everything generally looks better for clips like these where the framerate is < 60.
Though if you didn't render it before converting it to .gif and I'm saying this for no reason then that's egg on my face.
Not sure if everybody knows this, but Postal 2 was the target of (well sort of) a California law that wanted to charge retailers 1,000 dollars every time they sold it to someone under 18.

I stuck it in VirtualDub and intentionally enabled interpolation. I think it goes a long way towards making it look smoother, 15 fps just looked too choppy and unprofessional to me otherwise.

For some reason the lighting in this scene seems different than how it should. Are you using any fancy mods or injectors?

Stick it in Postal2Complete/System. I changed the lifetime from about 30 seconds to a few hundred. It seemed like enough, I ran around and caused some carnage before returning to that house to take the screenshot.

Nope, although I did tweak a few settings in the default file to do with visuals, I wasn't aware of any changes. Perhaps it did more than I thought. Or it could just be that I turned contrast up.

AW7 was first released in 2005 or 2006 and has essentially been the de facto method to play Postal 2 since then, especially considering AWP was officially included with the Fudge Pack and the 10th Anniversary Edition releases of the game. The Fag Hunter mini-game, in particular, was quite useful as winning it rewarded you with four bongs and a rocket launcher. The recent Steam patch integrated some AWP features, but there's still much more content from the mod to be seen, namely the new weapons, new items, the zombie school, and more cows. I'm not sure what RWS has planned for these things, but more content is always fun and all of AWP has always been a fan favorite.
For the curious who have never played the original AWP mod, I took some screenshots of the playable arcade mini-games:

For some reason after I massacre too many people they start dropping as static objects instead of ragdolls and the ragdoll slider only goes up to 10
Is there any way to raise that further? It just looks really shitty when they fall on stairs or slopes

lower the amount of ragdolls to 10 then, or manually increase the amount of active ragdolls in one of the postal 2 files (i dont know where it would be however). so no matter what when people die they fall as ragdolls.

From what I've played so far, I am honestly regretting not buying Postal 2 back when it was new. At the same time I'm glad I got it now as its actually a refreshing change of pace compared to most modern FPS'. Seriously, I never thought virtually going to the store to get milk would be fun, but that was partially because I had a couple of protesters chasing me, with some cops chasing them. And I hadn't done anything other than just being there.
