To go with workshop we'll be releasing some more specialized POSTAL 2 tutorials too but even those will advise you start with the 3D buzz ones. There are some features missing in PostED over UT2004 but not many and most can be worked around.

Restarting Steam fixed my issue.

Do cheats need testing as well?

This very question is addressed on the dev forums in the cheat thread, if they don't work post there.

Can I just say that TheQuick cheat + infinite ammo + sawed-off = HOLY FUCKING SHIT

I just wish some of the sounds effects were less ear rapey especially the chainsaw

The chainsaw is the worst weapon in the game, it looks and sounds awful.
