This is the earliest place to get them as far as I know.

So I can't load my old average difficulty saves from before the update because they just cause a CTD upon attempting to load them, so I decided that I'll just play the game on easy because I don't feel like repeating all the days back to my save on Thursday on average difficulty. Fast forward to me finally beating the game and it says that I unlocked enhanced mode. Oh joy! I've never actually gotten the opportunity to use it because I've never bothered finishing the game befo- Oh. Where's the option? What's that steam forums? Enhanced mode is only unlockable on average and above? [I]Then why did it tell me it was unlocked? [B]Why wasn't I warned about this before selecting a pussy difficulty? Why did I just waste several hours doing this?[/B][/I] Well fuck me. Now I have to beat the goddamn game again.

Still, it worked for me pre-patch

I'll add it to our bug tracker. In the meantime, enter open movieoutro into the console to load the AW outro, then after the credits and stats it should unlock the enhanced mode for you. You might have to start a game on at least average before (as in just the intro until you can walk around, then enter the command), because the 'open' command will load a map on the last set difficulty.

Do kicking decapitated heads at people cause damage? I haven't played enhanced mode so I'm not sure if it does there but it would be cool.
