Okay updated the OP... still need to work on it some to conform the sizes of some of the art ect. Added PIII with our explanation as to what went wrong as denying it exists is not going to get anyone anywhere and the trailer with Mike's voice over is cool enough at least.

You find them around the environment. Try looting the police armoury or raiding the health pipe distributor near home.
