[del]Is that a white phosphorus grenade?[/del] Doi. It says it right in the video.
I think the lighting makes their uniforms look black, but I think they're actually tan
Didn't the NVA switch to olive-ish uniforms towards the second half of the war?
Didn't the NVA switch to olive-ish uniforms towards the second half of the war?
I'm not too well versed in the history of NVA uniforms, but yes they did at some point
sweet jesus who knew grinding the C96 would be so fun... full-auto is delicious
sweet jesus who knew grinding the C96 would be so fun... full-auto is delicious
Deliciously uncontrollable. But a fucking dangerous lead hose in interiors.
How big is the player-base for Heroes of Stalingrad (American in particular)? It's dirt cheap right now and me and a friend were considering getting it, but if there's only 3 or 4 populated servers we're not going to bother.

They're almost always active and the game is great.

Yup, there's never a lack of servers. [editline]29th June 2016[/editline]
Deliciously uncontrollable. But a fucking dangerous lead hose in interiors.
automatic headshot machine
Aim at the feet and squeeze to deliver massage rolling up the body.
Got an email notification that one of the devs sent me a PM on their forums, which is odd since I don't recall ever sending them a message. I go to reset my account password, and the captchas provided are literally impossible :/ WIP forum upgrade, indeed.
Is that a bundle of grenades..... ON A FUCKING STICK????? Whataaaafuuuuuuck?
same as the AT shit they used in WW1 really
Is that a bundle of grenades..... ON A FUCKING STICK????? Whataaaafuuuuuuck?
I guess this is where they got the idea for those thundersticks in mad max.
So we almost had a line battle on Phosphate Plant today. TL on Japanese team called a cease fire and our TL agreed, but of course people disobeyed. We did get though like probably seven Americans and seven Japanese soldiers to go to one area and obey it. We lined up, but someone yelled fire preemptively and a shitstorm happened.
Is that a bundle of grenades..... ON A FUCKING STICK????? Whataaaafuuuuuuck?
Specifically, that is a lunge mine, or at least inspired by one. The idea was that you would essentially charge an enemy vehicle and slam the grenades into it, setting them off and presumably detonating the vehicle, you, and everything in a fairly large radius. I'm not sure about them being used in Viet Nam but they were not uncommon during late World War II as a cheap, easy anti-tank weapon used in a last-ditch situation. To my recollection the primary users were the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy ground forces, who used a specialised lunge mine built with a huge HEAT warhead on a 5-foot pole, which actually achieved almost 6 inches of solid steel penetration.
