Is it possible to keep shooting as you fall from being shot? Cause I'm pretty sure I killed someone in my death throes.
I got the kill notification as the screen was going black. Or are notifications just delayed?

Notifications are delayed unless you clearly see them die.

I believe they're delayed. The purpose, no idea, but maybe to keep people on their toes. Or hell maybe it just has to wait for them to hit the respawn screen.

I flew really low as a scout chopper probably about 30-40 feet above friendly troops making a pass as they assault a point and I was killed by friendly C4 if that's what they call it during those times, that stick of explosives that engineers use.

They're delayed so you can't take a shot at someone far away and be sure they're dead right away, or spray through a building and know you got someone.
Really don't like how the match is decided when the timer runs out, my team held over half the points 80 percent of the match, and we reduced their tickets to zero while we still had alittle over 100 and we lost the match.
Pretty sure friendly kills are intantly confirmed while all other kills take 5 or so seconds to report

there is
There was a Search and Destroy mode in RO2/RS1, but literally nobody played it, bots do not support it, and it doesn't even show up in the official gametype list.
In RS2 there's only three modes - Territories, Supremacy and Skirmish.
Ahh, I assumed Skirmish was the new countdown/S&D based off one of the achievements. Haven't played it yet, 16/16 doesn't sound appetizing.

I distinctly remember not being able to use the mosin on the rifleman class on other maps as Vietcong. I'm not talking about taking the sniper class. The SKS is available always, however.

I've been getting some really bad pop-ins on spawn and stutter if I look at areas with a lot of action, other than that it's pretty fun.

I like the game, but I hope somebody makes a mutator/mod(if they even make it possible) that slows down the pace a little to make it more like RO2/RS or at least something similar to the IOM.
Also where did they say it was possible that they were going to port RO2 to the new engine?
