Started last night's session by shooting down the ac47 with rpg, went on to miss every shot against some of the worst heli pilots I've seen so far

English lines are actually kinda necessary when calling in commander support items. For example, if you try to call in napalm off cooldown but the game decides to not let you use it, the other guy on the radio tells you you're on your own. When playing vietnam, i have no fucking idea what's being said by the other guy and have to wait another 20 seconds or so for him to finish and see if the artillery is actually coming or not
Had a amazing moment where I was flying Huey and was just trailing the other Huey and landind on the same spot for that awe factor, we both in the process of touching down and I see a RPG just fly past my nose and kills the other Huey, I quickly touch down, get out of helicopter and shoot the RPG gunner dead and get back in my Heli and fly off. Hah, eat it charlie. I love flying Huey and Loach so much, I've taken to landing in VERY tight spots where you'd have to stop moving above the area and just drop down like a tetris piece to fit in, and it's just so satisfying doing it.
Artillery barrage woke up my dog downstairs. It's not only loud but really deep too, like you can feel the sound on your feet. If only they put as much effort into the voice acting as they did the sfx.
I was killed by someone named "Tommy Wiseau" yesterday and proceeded to say, "Why you do?" in public chat. Rest of the match was quotes from The Room. It was a magical experience.
What the hell does "Fire Support Request Denied" mean? Our commander was complaining that every single mark was being denied, so we got no artillery support for half the game.

Could be my attempt at commander where I call in a spooky where there are no Americans, announce over voice chat that I'm calling a spooky in on that location, and then see the feed fill up with TK's :hiddendowns:
Do a lot of people just turn off voice chat or are they legitimately just deaf or dumb? Every time my commander says "stay off of point *whatever*" and it's a point I'm running to, I stop in my tracks and find cover, but then there's always a half dozen or more TKs from the barrage. Every single time.

Every single time.[/QUOTE] If you aren't opening your map every time the voice over says a strike is incoming then you are doing it wrong.
Compound needs to just be removed for territories tbh. That map is not balanced for 64 players at all.

I don't know why they didn't hardcode it, just means retarded server owners are gonna put it in their 64 players maplist.
They really need to add a mode that's really about guerilla warfare, with every american spawning at the Whisky helibase and vietnamese getting a minute headstart to actually set up all their traps and hiding spots. US would have to land and search multiple villages far apart to find a supply cache like in Insurgency and blow it up to win. And of course a bigger map than An Lao so you can land in more than just 4 or so predictible spots

M79 is officially my favorite weapon. Oh my days it's just so satisfying to use. I managed to throw about 4 VC out of a window in Hue city by blooping a round through a window.

Defending the villa on Hue City, entire squad is down. Took 2 gooks down with my beloved wife Mrs. M16. Got shot in the leg, had to bandage but no time when suddenly two grenades flew in and I took cover behind the bath tub. While bandaging myself 3 other gooks took the same window walking over my shredded body with their bitch sandals. While laying there in fear behind the tub; a fucking 8 gook orgy rallied in the main hall. I was constantly watching them firing at my brothers, yet none saw me as I laid there reloading my trustworthy wife. I stood up and threw my two nades into the hall within each corner, laying down hell fire 5.56 mm:s on two dorks. I died by my own nades bringing 5 more with me to hell. The last one lived to tell the tale, while I've done my service for America.
Anyone up for playing? Kinda looking to play with voice com and stuff, don't really care about ping, I'll happily play with americans.
They need to balance score for helicopters. I spent most of a game on a DShK and the last 5 minutes on the frontline. The last 5 minutes more than doubled my score, even though I just sat in a house and shot 2 guys. Doing that was considered way more important than a game of shooting down helicopters and recon planes, which granted me 12 kills (3-4 were flanking GI that came into view) not including a Spooky. The other thing that needs fixed is the Loach, the minigun is extremely hard to kill with, but that's not the problem. The problem is the Loach's primary use is recon, yet you do not get points for spotting. What's the incentive to fly the Loach if spotting doesn't grant me any credit? I fly it for fun sometimes but then I remember I would like to level up, so I go play GI instead.

In one game my Commander told me he was getting all the spot points for my spotting, I wonder if it's bugged somehow.

I haven't gotten 'The horror...'' achievement yet despite already having like four times that I somehow survive a napalm strike while the teammate three meters away from me gets deep-fried. And also the XM21 Sniper Rifle sometimes fires bullets right into the ground in front of you while lying prone at some places, especially the Water Tower in Cu Chi. Furthermore, I am glad that they are fixing the memory leaks in the next patch, since the game leaks memory harder than Just Cause 3 somehow since the launch version.
