Injuries that don't outright kill you can be fixed by yourself and respawning dead players would look really goofy. I mean you could carry casualties to a field hospital but that's really outside this game's scope. To make myself feel better I imagine most people who fall down from non-instakill within friendly lines get carried off by a medic when you aren't looking.
When the topic was brought up back before RO2's release it was stated by tripwire that being "killed" isn't necessarily being killed but receiving any damage that would put you out of action and couldn't be fixed by a field medic, making you no longer relevant to the game. In a larger scope, I wouldn't mind supporting bots that do various things like escort wounded or inhabit tank crews that press the scuttle key after being immobilized. You could turn it into a mechanic where bodies that make it off the map go back into your reinforcements.

Totally workable.

All that's borked is the scoreboard, [del]which they already acknowledged[/del] which apparently they already fixed.
Scopes are mega borked but theyre working on it.

Song Be's territory mode has a little point neat B that overlooks the river and has good concealment, to the point that multiple VC went around/behind me and took B multiple times while I continued my overwatch. Something about the bugged movement of players through the scope seems to make me better able to estimate where they will end up, so I was able to pull off 21 kills between 2 lives.

Has anything changed since release? Was gonna buy day one (was in all betas), but had no cash. Now I have a job and spare cash and am gonna buy it of course, but am wondering what's changed since then. [editline]10th August 2017[/editline] talking about rs2 if it wasn't clear

It still needs at least a half dozen more maps before the game will be a full game, but I think its good for the price, and Tripwire has an excellent track record of free DLC and good patches.
Testing the new Game Warden LST ingame. Pilots and Sailors will spawn on the lower deck back there, and those platforms will have ladders down to the PBRs. I'm not skilled enough at modeling for that.

I hope when we get new maps none of them are supremacy, supremacy is objectively bad. Backcapping is boring to do because you rarely see any action and getting backcapped just turns the game into a frustrating whack-a-mole.
