So where exactly are there keys redeemable at? Steam, Some custom launcher, Etc.

Valve would like you to normally go through greenlight again for new games, but if you email your rep/valve and have a good reason (Garry does, he's made 2 successful games) they're almost universally A-OK with it.

This is the only one I can find unfortunately, I assume all the rest are gone now megaupload is gone too. Pretty sure they're all gone by now, I went through about 6 of them trying 4 mins after they were posted. Steam seems to be taking a long time to process them this morning though.
