Does Deuce have options? It works kinda slow for me.
At the moment the only options available are found in the launcher. You can change the resolution and quality settings in there. I really should add some in game options though so I'll make that a priority. Deuce is really designed to run at 60 fps, you can check the framerate in game by pressing the ' key (backquote). It should appear in the bottom right of the screen.
If you are getting a really poor frame rate then it'd be helpful to get your PC specs, the res and quality setting you are running at, and the court and characters you have picked . This help me tune the game for lower spec machines.
I'd like at some point to add a way for the game to run a benchmark and tune the game to your setup, a bit like Streetfighter 4 does on the PC.

No worries. Thanks for the report anyway, some useful feedback in there!
I have a lower spec machine, I'd gladly test it for you

I have a shit PC but no controller, any way to get around that?
Music box is great, I love the way you can see how loud something is by looking at the cable. Fun to play around, but won't replace my DAW just yet heh.
Take off your headphones before watching this

Found a bug or two, no idea if they're known or not. If using more than one SoundEmitter the new ones will with any output just play the sound that the first emitter is outputting. Another bug I guess is that some longer loops get really distorted. video showing both (loud sound at the end so don't get spooked)
Any idea as to when the Arcade server is going to be up again?
Just added Space Runts to prototypes:

Got the last one, will post feedback asap. Thanks!
Damn the one time I'm here fast enough, steam crashes on activating the product key and by the time I restart it they'll all gone
Fuck! I just left for work and see a bunch of keys posted. So sad.
Got the top one, thanks.

Thanks dude, been looking forward to this one!
I assume Space Runts is controller only, judging from the title screen?
It's too bad, I was really looking forward to playing it :(
Space Runts is really fun! Although I did manage to get myself locked out of continuing a level by going through an automatic door and immediately backing out, trapping myself behind it
FUCK missed it
Thanks FacepunchAd!
I'll post my take on some of the prototypes when I'm home.
Tried Space Runts and have to admit is pretty cool, love destroying beer pumps. Ran it on fantastic (the only option) and was a little bit laggy.

It's just me, I have a shitty computer. Tried on fastest and ran a little bit slow too. Tried playing with the girl (can't remember the name) and on various stages and opponents. With 1.4 Ghz I can't do much.
I uploaded some footage of Space Usurper, including a game-breakingly easy way to beat Final Form.

I think it would be cool to give the player a rating or score for each level depending on how they completed it (cut off every turret / some turrets / went straight for the core). This allows players to complete tough levels fast by going straight for the core but miss out on score and even unlocks and stuff, kinda like Super Meat Boy.
Played Space Cunts a bit, really like it! The 'pew' sound the ship makes when firing got pretty annoying, and I got stuck INSIDE the shop (like I couldn't move out of it). Otherwise, it's really good progress. I hope there's plans for more ships/weapons/etc. Some more/interesting enemies would be cool (idk if the boss from the blog post is in there or not because I'm an idiot and didn't read it, but that looks neat). Definitely my favorite of everything included.
Also personally, I dislike the name and also the fonts - they're kinda cheesy. But that's just me.
DAmn, it sucks how hard it is to get a key,

Cool, thanks!
Yeah I saw someone at work get stuck in the shop but I didn't see how it happened and I've not been able to do it myself.
Yeah sounds are placeholder and pretty crap, agreed :)
Yup, the boss is included! Make it to the third mission and you'll see it.
Fonts and name are placeholder too.
Glad you liked!
I noticed FacepunchAd post in the thread and got all excited for a new batch of keys :v
Is this the new Rust key
honestly who is facepunchad? I originally assumed a bot account dedicated to posting keys, but now I assume otherwise from last post.
FacepunchAd is the prettiest creature on the planet

I'm Ad and I work at Facepunch - honestly.

Is Ad short for anything? What do you want to be called?
Ad is an advertising thing they tried their hands on that became sentient - what once was planned to be ads on Facepunch became intelligent and rebelled.
