What's the point??[/QUOTE] back in KF1 there was no bullet slowdown, and it was [I]fucking awesome[/I] in KF2 you actually have to [I]somewhat[/I] lead your targets to shoot them and you can kill 2-3 max unless your perk gets zed time extensions in KF1, because in ZED time it was instant, you could kill a whole mob at the same time and it looked amazing to see everyone's head explode at once, it's a better effect than the bullet slowdown in KF2

At this point it's safe for me to say: Fuck early access. Im not saying killing floor two is total shit. Im just saying if I had known I was buying a game with competitive multiplayer and microtransactions, and that it wouldn't include the only class I actually played in killing floor 1 a year onwards... I probably would have saved the money.
Well yeah. but not [i]total[/i] shit, the potential is still there. The shit part is that it doesn't seem like it's going to be realised any time soon. Or any time "not soon" at this rate.
Still better than the original where the game was in development for all of 2 months before being released.
I can't believe they neutered the Support and Demo classes so badly. Seriously, how do you make blowing shit up not fun?

Oh, and that last one can't reliably kill big zeds on 6+ Suicidal, and even when it does, it takes a lot of your very finite ammo. Then make all the perk choices mostly shit except the Level 25 one that requires active ZED time. Then make C4 shit by making it expensive and having a stacking damage debuff if you spam-detonate them. Finally, make the special grenade boring and give the class zero resistances/health bonuses of any nature except for a slight ebb to explosion damage (or a get out of jail free card once a round.)
I feel like instead of a game I got a savings bond that I'm just waiting and waiting until eventually I can cash in and get the full game. I was hoping there would be at least enough frequent updates to allow me to come back and play fairly often, but this is just too slow. We still have 3 more perks to go right? Sharp, martial, and swat?

it's honestly meant for multiple people. there are like 3 or 4, but i just play on sheep's server. i think he rebranded it to just be KFRPG MOD in the server title.
I swear if the next "content update" doesn't have a new perk or at least a rework of the ones we have, I'm ditching the game to the trash bin.

considering the lever action is probably one of the best weapons in the game right now for only $200, probably overpowered.
Crossbow is wicked good too if you land a headshot. Both of these weapons will be overkill with any kind of class-based damage/ability boost.
What does the LA currently give XP for? I don't think I was getting any when I was killing things as a support with it.

The LAR is quite useful for dropping medium zeds where it would be a waste to use your firebug weapon on them.
Does double XP and drop rate still stand even though it's after the "deadline"? I haven't seen any announcement or update from TWI about revoking it now that it's over

Until the perk comes out for the associated weapon the Katana, Xbow and LAR should just give EXP for the class you're playing as. The game's a grind as it is so I'd like all the kills I make to count towards at least some perk's level up.
