It's not map related, and yes I know the lighting is fucked in some parts of this map. I picked this place because it's very noticeable here and you can clearly see the rectangular patterns in the reflections. Go to a map like Paris or Evac point, reflections used to be very prominent in those maps before, now they're barely visible, and where you can actually see them they're all screwed up.
Oh man the rpg feels like complete ass now. I stack out all aoe build lvl 22 demo on hard game and i swear im seeing small fry zeds just stumble a bit and tank that shit

No. It's even showing up on other maps.
So I listened through all of [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDHRe1dBeyo"]Rae's voicelines[/URL], and a few things I noticed:
- She talks about the MP5, and has a line or two about shock weapons.
- [I]Plenty[/I] of lines about "resets", implying the Prestige-like feature is still in the cards.
- "50 rounds of madness", "don't make kriss kross", points to the P90 and Kriss Vector being added?
- Random line or two for Briar.
Is the new character wearing heels? The last thing I would wear in a mutantpocalypse is heels.
Is anyone else having trouble finding decent servers? I can't tell if my server browser's glitched or if there's just less servers running on the preview, but I only see like 3 servers under 100 ping

Aren't the shock weapon lines meant for the zerker nades ?
All of that is present in the other characters as well and it was known for a while. The most interesting part for me are the lines about capturing flags, hacking and repairing. Makes it seem like we'll get another competitive thing in the future.

Yeah the shock weapon lines are probably for the Berserker's grenades seeing as Rae also has Berserker weapons lines.
also I don't quite remember anyone else having lines for the Kriss Vector/P90 in specific.

didn't Briar outright mention the P90?
I love sharpshooter, but is anybody else having difficulty using the M14's optics? The recoil jump with the reticle style the optics usejust makes it hard for me to keep shooting the same target, and the zoom doesn't seem to be helping. It seems far easier to just hip-fire all the time. There are times when I think I'd prefer if it was just iron sights, since I have a feeling it would be easier to aim with the weapon's raw sights.
As for the Sharpshooter perks itself, there are some things I particularly dislike. I kind of wish there weren't so many hoops to jump for the damage boosts. Being stationary is one.. Then you have to be crouching for another.. And then you have the final one requiring aiming with your sights. It just seems kind of annoying.

Looking at the direction TWI is taking with the Berserker, I'm guessing the most we can do is hope the Martial Artist replaces him?

they already nerfed the auto lockon to half damage so it would be 4 hits now.
They should probably nerf the ammo count on it and make the auto lock on on scrakes and fps be as long as it is on bosses, demos are supposed to be FP killers yet for some reason they have a really hard time doing it, while sharp gets a free pass.
Edit: though apparently the new demo can solo 6p hoe scrakes and fps now, 2 headshots with the rpg on a scrake also kills it.

Is a custom map, so that means the original modder used the default content from the Paris and Evac maps. Is supposed to be on Paris as you can see the Eiffel tower from another location.
I'm not sure which one I like more, Burning Paris or Hostile Grounds.

Is it just me or do the Scrake and Fleshpound look cute when they're dazed from the headshot? Like with the effects floating around their heads.

seems pretty overpowered, does the railgun auto aim for you?
in KF1 you could stun lock them to death but it took at least 3 shots with the xbow iirc and at least one of those shots was with the FP/SC charging at you so you had to be good.
yea, zooming in does autoaim for the head. they said its going to do less damage, but thats not really the problem with the gun, its that it just 2 shots them on 6 man hoe :v:
I think the skills on Gunslinger and Sharpshooter that rack up damage on successive head shot should also increase on hits to other weak points besides the head. Mainly because depending on the weak point, these spots can often be a little more difficult to hit than the head. Like husk gas tanks, the core on fleshpounds and Volter, and even the Patriarch's abdomen tentacle.

My game didn't slow down when other players flashlights were turned on, it was actually helpful. No idea why they'd completely disable it
