It also doesn't make any sense. When I start sprinting my FOV doesn't suddenly widen.

It creates illusion of speed.
Confirm/deny: Low-level Demos are the low-level Firebugs of Killing Floor 2, as far as a sign of being a dumb noob are.

Whoa there, I must've touched a nerve. Is your mom a low-level Demo?
Low-level demo is unfun and tedious unless you first use Berserker to grind for money

I mean the reason that the demo's weapons are expensive is because they have great power, but yet the low ammo count makes it useless
Sirens are the biggest threat to low level demos. The fact that it shuts you down all by itself is infuriating. It even removes your C4 traps making C4 not worth it at all. If they want to make demo more bearable, they should give C4 immunity to siren scream at least.
One thing that I want for Demo is that your explosive projectiles were given the ability to penetrate through nearby zeds or atleast penetrate Stalkers because fucking Christ having a Stalker swallowing your grenade out of nowhere is fucking infuriating especially since Stalkers are way harder to spot nowadays.
I tried playing demo and shot myself in the face with the RPG I had aimed at a fleshpound.
Bloody stalkers.
But RPG's don't explode unless they travel a certain distance don't they
You shouln't be able to get hit unless you were moving towards the impact
Everyone got that Magnum V2 hype?
I'll get hype whenever it releases sometime next year.
I'm hoping they sneak in the patriarch in the next patch.

I hope they sneak in any amount of content.

before christmas is from today to anywhere around christmas
so it should come in a month or so.
December 24th, 11:59.
This is honestly the shittiest early access. Not really early access, it's just more like "play the game now while we bugtest, polish and preview all content internally until official release"

Maybe they want to release big patches, as if they were releasing big DLCs, in order to advertise them individually and maximize hype.
Not that they're being successful at that.
All this time just for 1 perk with its guns and 1 or few maps
it takes them months to do that....wtf?

tbh "early access" should mean you get the finished game earlier than everyone else
KF2 is an "open beta" pretty much

Public betas mean the game is close to a full release. KF2 is anything but.
At least this isn't taking as long as Incinerate N Detonate.
Here we go again....

not a maybe, it is what they're doing. keep people at the edge of their seat, waiting for the patch, putting out some big trailer for it and hyping it up constantly.

We've already fallen off the edge of our seats from how long it's taking.
Longer waiting doesn't exactly make me excited, it makes me tired and end up playing other things so when it DOES hit, i'll be too busy with the other games to even think of trying the new things out
I don't they have an excuse for taking so long when the stuff they put out is so imbalanced.
It rather tells me that their own testers are having a way different idea of how the game should be from the actual players
Which shows that they should really just let us do that testing and feedback
[editline]13th November 2015[/editline]
I rather have some broken things and imbalances once every few weeks than waiting months for one update that might still have problems
I honestly don't think they even do a reasonable amount of testing with their content, how could berserker have been released in its old state when EA began with them collectively going "yeah, that seems about right". It feels like the money pouring in too soon caused them to just pick their own ass and piss around until someone goes "hey guys we're getting really behind on content so I guess it's time to stop procrastinating" and pick up their shit.
They look like people that are really ambitious about their game on the outside but when you see how it actually goes they just look like a bunch of unprofessional shmucks who don't take game development seriously.
Friendly reminder that they had planned on a full release before the end of the year.
