The golden guns would look better if they has some kind of "Aesthetic" to them. Like instead of just looking like someone gold plated every inch of it, maybe have it gold with some complex engravings on it, as well as some black synthetic parts or some wood furnishings. The current guns look very out of place considering the nature of the game, it's like when they first added the Steampunk weapons to KF1.

Speaking of bad looking skins... Did anyone actually like the neon skins from KF1?

I don't mind the golden guns but I'd have liked them to do something a bit more creative with the super rare skins. Gold skins seem a bit overdone.

The problem with gold guns in just about every game is that they don't have any of the details their non-golden versions have-- they're just shiny and polished, and frequently have super-strong fake shadows/reflections baked into the texture just 'cuz. (Like that fucking shotgun texture. :suicide:) Gold wears quickly as far as metals go, it'd be neat to see golden guns with subtle scratches, dents, and pockmarks from use. All that ranting aside, I got into KF1 so late neon guns and stuff were the norm, so . . . eeeeeeehhhhhh.

I don't get why KF2's golden guns look so awful. The golden guns were alright in KF1.
