I got the fields of battle premium 4 on ps4, is there a fp group i can join (is the one in the op global or just pc?) Edit: after more investigation it seems you can connect to it from where ever sweet.

So... I have been thinking. What if they make it so players can make their own custom biplane skins? For example, something similar to the Emblem tool, and the players get to paint their planes up with random designs by using emblems and such. Oh yeah and speaking of vehicles! Supposedly they are making it so vehicles have dynamic damage. For example, if you shoot at certain spots of a biplane it'll cause it to be damaged in that area and effect flight as such. Sorta like Warthunder. I wonder how this will be implemented for other vehicles, and if it means that some vehicles may have ammo racks now.

I feel like the dynamic damage will be for planes only. We may get a plane mechanic which is a mixture of flying in BF4 and battlefront, perhaps with the dynamic damage being a new way of increasing the skill needed to fly after taking damage.

I love that feeling you get when you C4 jeep so many vehicles that the admin kicks your whole squad.

So apparently the French aren't in Battlefield 1... Hopefully they are, and just haven't been in anything we've seen. The Western Front was their home turf and it would be a shame for them not to be represented.

Levelcap did mention the game had a Renault-ft, which is still nice.

It's a damn shame that a nation that suffered over 6 million casualties (with over a million desths) on their own soil isn't confirmed to be represented in the base game, considering that their front is.

Can we stop speculating what nations will be in when there is very little info yet. Hell french and russian armies might even be in but were not featured in the trailer. Hell even the trailer wasn't full ingame graphics but rather inengine. We can all start whining about it when we actually know.

I played BF4 a couple nights ago for the first time in a while and man I forgot how great BF4 is these days. You could put together a very convincing argument that Battlefield 4 is the best Battlefield ever. It's just really fun, and while I miss some things from classic Battlefield, BF4 is an extremely good game in its own right.

I am not trying to be condescending and I am sorry if this is how my comment was worded but I am really disappointed that this is what EA is doing, ignorance about WW1 is high as it is and this reeks of pandering to a wider market (nothing objectively wrong with that, this is just my subjective opinion).

imo the french and probably russia will definetely be in the game, worst case scenario is they are going to be paid dlc which is what will probably happen

when the game was announced a lot of people were predicting lawrence of arabia dlc and the red baron skin as a dlc or bonus content or whatever and both came out to be true. french and russians are basically the most obvious choices for post release dlc packs.

Seems like a pretty obvious indicator that Americans aren't at the forefront of the game. [URL]http://battlefield.wikia.com/wiki/Battlefield_1:_Lawrence_of_Arabia_Pack[/URL] oh sorry, its not a dlc, its a "booster pack". and no, its not in the base game and is not available for everyone(although it is rather tiny and doesnt seem like something that would make any difference apart from aesthetics), same goes for the red baron booster pack.
