any else get crazy graphical errors on gulf of oman in bf4 during the sandstorm? I love the map but it's at times nigh impossible to play if you're not using thermals or something and my gpu probably isn't dying since temps are below 60c and I don't get this shit in other games

What GPU and driver version? I have a 7870 GHz with the Catalyst Omega drivers (14.12) and everything is fine.

Are EA's login servers down? I can get onto Origin just fine but Battlelog and EA's website won't let me log in. Everyone else I have talked to has no problem but they also haven't reset their password recently as I have. It's either their login server is down or they broke my account in some way.

I can get into Battlelog just fine, but i did find an update waiting.

This is hilarious. So EA's customer service can only be contacted online, but only after logging in. I cannot log in, so I cannot receive support on how to log in. And to think that there are people who said their customer support was good. So logging in still doesn't work a day later. What. I can't even get the login box on their main website to show up, it just loads a blank window.

Well I figured out this fuckery. EA banned me without notification due to my account being compromised with the fraudulent FIFA charges. And I guess Battlelog doesn't actually tell you that you are banned anymore and instead just says you are "not allowed" to access it, so it confused me thinking that the service was broken. On top of that, I couldn't actually log in for customer support because of my ban, so I had to login with an alternate account to have them call me. 27/10 at least they called me I guess

This fucking phantom assignment is going to be the death of me I swear. Played 5 games of Air Superiority, got 6 kills. Started to feel like I was getting better, then some level 140 fuckwit shows up claiming to be a noob despite going 14-0 in the next game. Proceeded to call us "noobs" "fuckwits" and "jews" telling us to "go die in gas" because we were using heat seeking missiles. The server was called NOOBS ONLY NO PROS. Fucking genius.

The javelin squad is obsolete. The new thing is the UCAV squad. 1 commander + 1 squad of supports with UCAV. Make the whole enemy team ragequit.

I swear this game is sentient and hates me with the fury of a thousand suns. Join a server, get absolutely destroyed the second I spawn, go 2-9 for the first five minutes; game runs at 60fps. Start to do well, take out two helis with a tank, SRAW a third, mow down some dudes with the MPX, it crashes.

So I've been using the canister shell recently and paired with the thermal sights it fucking reks those cheeky as fuck little engineers that think they can just peek n' shoot my tank. They try, they get turned into a fine red mist.

Just use HE + Canister and with some smart positioning you can rek tanks and infantry alike.

What's staff good for? I just use armor penetrating and .50 cal with autoloader. I find other tanks the biggest challange so being able to do as much damage per second as possible usually saves lives. If I have a good gunner I can barely be stopped.

Staff is basically for long-range engagements since it has no drop and seeks targets that get within about 8 meters of it. Usually not worth sacrificing the anti-infantry potential.

Been rolling with staff as soon as I got it. I like to shoot from far away. Though I hate it that it doesn't take choppers down with one shot. Infantry goes down with it just fine, but usually I just use the light MG. [B]Edit:[/B] Fuck. Confused staff with sabot... Been using sabot the whole bloody time.

Sabot+HMG 4 lyfe; highest dps against tanks (not counting the sabot+staff thing because fuck that) and infantry sniping

You'd be surprised how far you can snipe people with the canister shell. It's not reliable like the HMG but you don't have to focus on the target since it's a single shot. Keeps you mobile. Also to my knowledge, sabot shells do slightly less damage than AP and HE slightly more.
