No matter how often I try, I just can't pass this map with mouse even though I have been a mouse player for a few months now.

you're supposed to basically roll on top of the key's activation point when using a binding like e/f or w/d maybe it's the same on z/x type bindings but my fingers are way too large to do that comfortably, but if you're raising your fingers any considerable distance you probs shouldn't be tho the binding D/C or F/V might be better tbh

W/D is what I use now myself, really no difference imho, but I just it since I keep changing my bindings every fucking day. I've used J/L once. That was the point when I decided that sticking to W/D was the best idea.

Skinning wise it's not possible anymore as the bug got fixed, mapping wise you create a red slider point and then the ending slider point and move the ending slider point back onto the starting slider point.

Did this yesterday on my first try. Would've got first place Sverige if I didn't mentally mess up at the end (I could feel myself not tapping twice). [vid]http://puu.sh/8yKD5.webm[/vid] I'm pretty confident at aiming with tablet now to the point where I'm doing better than with mouse and it's honestly a lot more fun. The problem I had with mouse was always doing annoying mistakes like dragging too far or too short on stuff that I've hit a million times before, tablet just feels so much more consistent.

I always feel like such a casual for only playing standard, as both Taiko and Mania seem to be a lot more difficult to learn and master compared to standard.

osu standard literally impossible scrolling notes are way easy

of course taiko looks hard from a standard perspective? they're pretty much different in every aspect other than hitting notes [editline]8th May 2014[/editline] it's all very subjective. some people find standard harder by nature because they might not be a deft hand with a mouse/tablet compared to some people similar to how i'm not very good with individual finger co-ordination (same reason i don't single tap on slow notes)

Damn osu is fun. I remember when I got SS on a fairly slow map and I was happy as fuck.
