I played Guitar Hero Live. It's really fun, a massive improvement.

So Rock Band 4 came out a few days ago, doesn't seem like too many people care. :v: If you can go Target you can get the band-in-a-box bundle for 25% off by [url=http://weeklyad.target.com/promotions?code=Target-151004&page=3]preordering any game for $1[/url], $180 is way better than $250. Anyone grab it? What do you guys think of it? I'm really glad this came out, I kind of got bored of music games (mostly due to how many there were at the time) by the time Rock Band 3. But man does this feel like a definite downgrade from Rock Band 2/3. The core game is still there, but it just feels lifeless and empty. The game has no personality to it, the character customization is the most limited it's been in a core Rock Band game, zero online functionality (not a big deal for me personally but it was to jump online once in awhile), exports don't work yet, and there isn't even a practice mode. I could go on but it's kind of bumming me out to think about how much this game is missing. Don't get me started on importing previously purchased dlc, it's a nightmare right now. Even though it's missing a lot, I can still get drunk with friends and have fun playing Rock Band in a room with people. I don't have access to 360 anymore or most of my old controllers so that's the only reason I got it, if I had it still I would stick with Rock Band 3. The game doesn't feel done yet. They say they're treating this like a platform and there won't be annual sequels so hopefully they address most of my issues with the game. But they said the same thing about Rock Band 1 in 2007 so who knows what will happen.

so I started playing taiko a week ago and I'm doing great so far but I seem to have trouble with patterns like dk dk kd kd and dkd kdk should I try and use both hands for them or just use one hand and alternate?

i had to make my sensitivity a little higher ever since i turned on raw input, because i had a hard time catching up to notes. i know turning up your sensitivity is bad, but it's necessary this time. [t]http://i.imgur.com/wOkOifj.jpg[/t] well at least i finished it

So I redownloaded osu! and after not finding very many not-weeb maps I've noticed the difficulty scale has gotten out of hand since the last time I played. :v: The hardest difficulties from the commercial games, or at least EBA, don't even reach a 4/10, I mean I get some people are way too good at the game but jesus. The leaderboards are impossible too, everyone in the top few hundred of maps I can actually complete either have perfect scores or every possible modifier on, or both.

i've been starting to get really bad at clicking a lot of notes one after another. my index finger just feels really tired of clicking so fast and just fumbles whenever it has to. it's really frustrating because i've been able to do those really fast clicks before. i would appreciate some help with this, suggesting some ways i could get it up to speed again.
