I've done plenty of alpha channel work on textures to add colorability to materials before in gmod, I would happily convert any textures you need

for those that don't know, crouching and holding still (can still mouse look tho ofc) with the box will make you invisible, but won't remove your collisions, so one method for checking for a snake hiding somewhere is just walking against corners and shit and seeing if you bump into anything.
