yeah the decapitation system is coming along really nicely. what you see in that video is an early test of it, here's a more final look at it

half-life 2 deathmatch and probably CSS are all you need. Source SDK Base 2007 comes with those so you should be fine there. The only thing we're taking from those is the maps, though. All guns will be custom.
And no. gibs are client side, that wouldn't really work out picking them up and i don't really want that anyways.

Custom model must fit the valve biped thingy, basically make it human shaped and not hard to determine where to get headshots off of. So don't ask for a melon custom model or some stupid shit like that. Just get it approved before hand.

Actually, according to this PD->DOL converter, 10 pounds is about $16.
Also, the 15 pounds turns into about $24, just for reference.
