Y'know it's a real shame that it's so difficult to run Darkest Hour on Windows 10, I was really hoping to be able to run that on my laptop

Are you guys having trouble trying to run it in windowed mode?

I finally have played a long enough game again to realize why I stopped. Fucking rebels, why the hell can the game just pull 20-30k stack of rebels out of thin fucking air when I have 0 manpower. It's fucking retarded and annoying.

It's a retarded system.[/QUOTE] I agree the new rebel system seems over powered but I don't see why your ability to muster troops has any relevance on the ability for peasants to revolt. My biggest issue is that it feels like the entire population of a province is revolting. Really the whole rebellion system in the EU series is kinda meh. The EU series has never done a good job of representing populations either. I was asking if the people saying they can't run it on 10 were trying to run it in windowed mode, though I probably could have been more clear.

I try to run it on fullscreen and it just runs in the background with no ability to select the actual thing. If it does work, it just shows the top left corner of the screen so I have to use task manager to exit

You'll either need to abandon one of the idea groups you have already taken or wait until your admin tech is high enough to take another idea group. Even after that you'll need to spend the mana to unlock all the ideas in whichever of the three groups you pick.

Oh man, I feel pretty dumb right now. :v:
