Remind me, does culture conversion increase revolt risk in EU4? If it doesn't it really should.
Remind me, does culture conversion increase revolt risk in EU4? If it doesn't it really should.
It does but it only takes like 4 months to convert most provinces. Is not a % chance like Eu3.
It does but it only takes like 4 months to convert most provinces. Is not a % chance like Eu3.
Well depends on the base tax. I knew how long it takes to convert culture, I just couldn't remember if it added rr. I don't think I've ever had a revolt due to converting culture. Then again the revolt system in 4 is pretty easy to keep from revolting if you have a leader with high enough military unless you have several provinces with really high rr.
I wish they went back to the culture conversion of EU3. In EU4 it's extremely easy to just save up some points, and then turn half of France English in the space of about ten years.
There is a mod on the workshop that has cultures change over time automatically, and iirc they'll sometimes change to ones in your culture group/accepted cultures (I.E if you're the Ottoturds and hold onto the Caucasus, eventually a province or two may become Turkish or Azerbaijani)
The HRE seems to have migrated westward :v: [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/317872034471165748/6A88E5A1845CE0B53F1AD9CEECCDD2F11E35F003/[/t]
My brain gets confused looking at that map, all the heights look inverted to me, like rivers look like hills
So this can happen in Stellaris
New Stellaris DD on Alliances and Federations https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads%2Fstellaris-dev-diary-22-alliances-and-federations.909915%2F
Stellaris is going to be amazing.
I'm remaining cautiously optimistic. Paradox is really good at hyping things up through DDs.
If anybody wants a game of EU4 lemme know :)
If you'll let me pick Ardalan sure. :v:
Winged hussars make Poland/PLC insanely strong I just saw 40 - 60k Russians get completely fucking stomped by 18 - 25k poles with barely any losses. It seems like if the Commonwealth forms the east will be completely terrorized by the Polish meance for the rest of the game without major player intervention, Jesus.

Johan has said HOI4 is coming out this year, no release date. [editline]23rd February 2016[/editline] There was a AMA https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/477sfq/we_are_paradox_development_studio_creators_of/ I wonder if Stellaris will have a comet event.
The 2.52 patch is available as an open beta on steam for anyone who wants Coalitions fixed.
Does this happen often? I don't really play EU4 much but it seems every game in Italy Aragon blobs into Castile. [t]http://i.imgur.com/kBCtWJi.jpg[/t]
If anybody wants a game of EU4 lemme know :)
FP game where we actively compete with eachother.

[t]http://i.imgur.com/kBCtWJi.jpg[/t]
I usually just see the Iberian Wedding happen and Spain blob into Italy due to Aragon keeping it's Italian territories after the union and Naples falling under union with Castile if Aragon still has it's union with them.
Super old but I found a pretty hilarious modifier with charinfo in Crusader Kings II. Genghis Khan has a hidden modifier/trait titled "is_temujin" :v: [editline]25th February 2016[/editline] Probably just a piece of coding that encourages rapid expansion

There's also is_charlemagne, is_carloman, etc.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/kBCtWJi.jpg[/t]
What mod are you using? Looks like some provinces are fractured at random.
