I just got recolors of existing skins, though the Widowmaker one looked nice.
Seriously though it's not even like taking themes from Native stuff, she's just straight up wearing a totem pole.

I suppose you could just argue they're all dressed up. It doesn't matter too much in my opinion.

The skins are just meant to be neat looking, a lot have no real rhyme or reason to them.
I would have preferred they all stayed relatively in character, but what can you do? At least they tend to be good looking regardless.

he's brazilian and brazil has plenty of world cups so it could be fitting

I really regret only playing the last couple hours of the Beta this weekend, it was a real blast. I only tried out 5 or 6 different heroes, but Widowmaker is my favourite so far. Usually, I'm not much of a sniper in FPS games, but I clicked with her pretty well.
I'm thinking I'll be pre-purchasing this in the very near future. Blizzard sure knows how to make a game feel "fun."
sometimes the plays of the game can be weird. Like i got play of the game for just killing Mei as Roadhog despite knowing well that our McCree took out 3 people with his ult not too long after.

I have no idea why everyone online thinks Overwatch is a MOBA, is it because there are like five other two-word titled shooters that actually have elements of them and for some reason OW gets lumped in?

I think it came down to calling the characters "Heroes" like a typical MOBA, and having set team numbers (6v6 only) like MOBAs.
Otherwise it's not a moba at all, and if you called the heroes "classes" instead, then I would say this game, for me anyway, feels like a spiritual successor to TF2. The original heart and soul of TF2 before F2P slowly killed that soul and turned TF2 into what it is now.
