According to the FAQ the closed beta only lasts until the end of the year.

Setting up a secured Battle.net account was something you should've done from the beginning. They don't mess around when it comes to account security.
I can't even remember setting up an account. I was gonna apply for the beta so I tried making and account, and it said there was already one set up. And checking my mail I apparently made one a couple years ago.
Contact blizz support. You'll need to provide proof that it's your account tho. I think they ask for a ID and something else.

Same. I signed up the day it started, but I clicked it again and it said "You've been signed up" and it made me really worried about that shit.

Does the game require you to use your BattleTag as your name? Mine is not that horrible but I would much much rather play as FrostyAvo instead of my Blood Elf Rogue's name from WoW.
And before you ask, yes, I did use the one free (and only) BattleTag change.

Nah, I just sent an email saying that i lost my PW and they let me reset it via a link. Didn't need to provide any info beyond account email and my full name
