But if say Zenyatta gets a new line with a skin other than "Pass through the iris", you don't also get a huge roar or anything to help tip you off. It's minor, but I can see it being a slight inconvenience.

I fucking hate the play of the game thing. Got a 5 player multikill with symmetra, allowing your team to capture the car on hollywood with barely any time left? Nah let's give it to this genji that got 3 kills with his fucking ultimate and then dying, while the entire enemy team was bunched up.

"Let's all gather to watch someone use a special attack designed to reliably kill 3+ people to kill 3+ people" Generally play of the game should be something exceptional and unorthodox, not something that happens multiple times every match.

There are no words that describes the feeling when you get an ace with a d.va suicider. Fucking love how she plays, even if her voice is grating. At least it's not tracer.

I honestly find D.VA worse in that regard. She looks really cool, she looks like she has a fun playstyle, but then it's all "TIME TO RAISE MY APM GG IS THIS EASYMODE NERF THIS" and uuuuuuuugh Tracer's voice is grating but at least it's not cringey faux-esport "gamer" crap.

At least you don't have to listen to reaper trying to out-edge a razorblade every time you do something.

Reaper's edgy to an endearing extreme.

I love Reaper's edge though. And his voice is a fucking lullaby compared to Dva and Tracer.

I always got the impression was meant to be 90's anti-hero/villain edgy- trying so hard to be cool it becomes kinda funny.

So are they not accepting any more people for this closed beta? I just googled "overwatch closed beta sign up" and the first page it gave me was updated 8 hours ago saying how to sign up. But there was a post a couple pages back saying they weren't choosing any more people for now?

There may be more in the future, but they don't know yet. You can still sign up, but currently nobody is being let in.
