stickers, stat-trak, and other such accessories combined with community made (read: mostly trash submissions) cosmetics.

I don't know anything about CS:GO, but the overwhelming majority of TF2 cosmetics are actually pulled off correctly in terms of pure graphical fidelity. Their only problem is that they seldom fit the actual artstyle, which as I said is not an issue here.

There's nothing keeping Blizzard from carefully picking out only the best quality submissions for the game.

But why even take the risk? I am fine with BLIZZARD making all their own cosmetic items because when i buy the game i am paying for [B]Blizzard's[/B] art and standard of quality, not Rando265's. The problem with Valve is that they got lazy and lost interest in making content for their own game save for the Halloween stuff.

I'd say you're wrong about most of the cosmetics don't fit the artstyle, they definitely do, but they don't fit the original theme, and honestly I'm glad they don't, since the theme of the game got expanded so did the cosmetics, what I do agree with is the lime green scouts and the banana hats
