Tom Clancy's The Division - SHOOT THE LEPPERS (PC, PS4, XB1) - Games

So is there any decent form of a melee mechanic for players? Im noticing alot of enemies running around with bats etc but the players always seem to just run away in order to shoot them.

It was a game I wanted for PC, but going to get it on PS4 to play with my mates. I'll pick it up cheaper down the line on PC though. Going to be checking out the beta this weekend, hopefully not a let down!

Does anyone know how to preload the beta if you got a key for the Xbone? I can't seem to find out anywhere (not for the full game, just the beta.). Ubisoft didn't do shit for me except sign me into my MS account and do nothing except "confirm me" edit; Nevermind, I finally found.

I just bought a key off of G2A for a dollar, put it on their website. They sent me a message that I had guarantee access and that they would notify me by email when I could download the beta. I was able to pre-load it on Uplay the same time as everyone else, yesterday, a few days after I entered the key

Is the Dark Zone(s?) just shoot on sight garbage or are people actually interacting? I have no problem with people making ambushes or turning traitor, I just don't want it to end up like every multiplayer survival game where you can't even consider cooperating with (or even being passive toward) other players.

Nothing like DayZ or anything.

Beta starts in early 2016.", so I think they're obligated to provide a beta key.

I was watching the official stream and one of the people gave off a cool tip. You can shoot and damage the corners of walls and buildings and chunks fall off, and it gives you a tactical advantage because you can see and shoot through that little gap you made. [editline]28th January 2016[/editline] the guys streaming are pretty funny. i think they may be either internal testers or actual devs and people that worked on the game. they found this paneling, and the guy was like OH WATCH THIS and had someone shoot the other side of the paneling and showed how it doesn't make holes, but it dents the panel so it looks like this if someone shoots the other side [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZEpX3D6.jpg[/t]

I found the dev 4-coop stream kinda boring, devs trying to "boost" up the graphics, textures, "destructible" walls and whatnot, and completely ignoring some of the good questions popping up in chat. I guess they're not allowed to disclose some stuff about high-end weapons that are not in the beta?
