PSU's going bam are the worst things, though. It can manifest itself as so many things that pinpointing it is sometimes just really goddamn tedious. For instance I know a guy who literally couldn't run any DirectX games or his computer insta-BSOD'd (OpenGL games were fine) and he later found out that the problem was his PSU.

It worked for like 10 minutes after this, then it shut down and gave me a small zap zap sound when it tried to reboot, then it wouldn't boot after.

Had a similar issue with my gaming rig a few months ago. Turns out my mobo was fried.

I used the nVidia thing to get a code. The Ubisoft website gave me a thing saying "We're sorry but this promotion is for the USA, Mexico, and Canada only." but they still sent me out a code. Now we wait until the morning.

Hoping to get some help here, but my friend didn't know it was a closed beta so he didn't preorder. However I ordered him a copy yesterday and gave him the code to redeem the beta on the website. It's been a day now and he still hasn't received the beta invite email from uplay. Is he too late/out of luck, or is this just a common thing with late redeem codes?

So I can preorder right now and then preload the beta on my PS4 and play tomorrow, right?
