I don't think so, since you don't get a key until either release date, before release day, or whenever they allow pre-loading.
Bummer. Nevermind then. I'd rather pay $60 on release knowing it's good than $39 and not knowing. The only way I'll know is get some actual gameplay in myself or watch other normal people play it. The last thing I'll trust is the stuff Ubisoft themselves put out
It's shaping up to be a good game but I just hate the idea of pre-orders

just watch pc gameplay, the console players are always very... slow. and of course, not official stuff, because that's just a glorified demo.
I'm so excited for the PC beta. The news of all the stuff they did for PC and the pictures make it look SO much better than the xbox beta.

I don't mean to be a drag but please manage your expectations for the PC graphics.
Yes, the screenshots in those articles looked good, but they're showing you the better looking areas of the game and they're very composed!
I'm really excited for the game too but I hate the drag from everyone who over hypes games like this then complains afterwards.
I'm more concerned about endgame than I am visuals. From what I've read around the Reddit, it's mostly just the same story missions with difficulty scaling. I guess that's not too bad, but a little variety would be nice.
Could someone educate me on the scale of the game? Ive heard that the game is 1:1 scale Manhatten. Can I go in every room in every building? Or is it mostly meant for outside? Id be very very interested if everything was accessible.

Interested enough to purchase it right this very second actually.
How would someone gain access to the PC beta?

I never really cared about the graphics, but the difference between I've seen between xbox and PC are nice. I'm more excited from all the footage, the gameplay looks fun to me. But knowing that it'll look even better on PC is really nice.

Beta isn't technically open yet, but you can either preorder on Amazon and cancel, or find a giveaway.

Where did you download the client if you enter a beta key into their site

I'm glad they put black bars over his character's eyes to protect his identity
Bought the gold edition. Haven't bought a game before street date or preordered in a long time.
I really hope this game ends up being good, I like what I've seen so far. (And the FDNY set looks really cool)

prepare to be disappointed
prepare to be disappointed
My expectations are so low. Like, unbearably low. If I manage to still get disappointed I'm done with all Ubi games.
On a plus note, if it turns out to be awful you'll be able to cancel after the beta.

Yep! That was the plan.
Kay so the max darkzone level in the beta seems to be level 12 you can't seem to go beyond that. Max PVE area level appears to be level 8.

Footage on PC at maxed settings. Rig is a 4790k/980ti/16gb at 1600MHz.
The actual gameplay seems nice.
Looks pretty solid graphics wise.
I'll probably get it on PC eventually aswell if the game's not filled with "haxorz" by then.

This is good. Recoil on controllers seems so hard to control compared to mouse/keyboard
If buying this game means I can have Garrus as my personal assistant fukken sign me up Ubisoft
The game looks interesting but because it's Ubisoft I'm trying to stay as un-hyped as possible
I really like the premise of this game and it really appeals to me but I'm pretty cautious about it nontheless. I'm not entirely sure what to expect and if I should get some buddies to play with me.

'Leaked' gameplay on PC.
