Does anyone have a good collection of Tib Wars maps? Preferably tiberian sun themed. I downloaded a pack of Tiberium Essence and they have some TS style maps but I want more

This is easily my favorite of the themes, though there are so very many good ones. It always brings back nostalgia and is never absent from my RTS playlists.

Who can tell me how to correct install custom launchers on Red Alert 3 from C&C Ultimate Collection? I tried but after installation it doesn't even run a game. Of course I run them in XP compatibility mode with admin rights.

Good news: I managed to solve the lag problem with skirmish for MO.
Bad news: I got completely wrecked by Soviets AI, damn missiles and tank ambushes.

I really like the mod's vision of the Titan and Wolverine compared to the KW versions.
Quick question, has anyone been able to play MO online? I tried to, yet I always seem to have everyone else dc and win (using CNCNet).
Been playing the new Foehn Campaign missions, and it has been hell.
It does make sense, since you just have their leader/Yunru and her team loyal to her vs China and Epsilon.

Seeing the old EVA installation stuff really makes me a little sad that game installers aren't a thing anymore.
And boxed games and manuals. Nobody buys boxed PC games anymore, and even if you do they usually just contain a CD key. Manuals are pretty much entirely extinct, being replaced by a single piece of paper warning you about epilepsy and shit. We're never going to get that new game smell ever again, or the traditional "reading the manual in the car ride home" experience
Fix the dogshit unit pathing in C&C Tib Dawn and get it running in modern resolutions and you're done. Don't make it some 3d mess plz

I played through a bit of C&C Generals earlier today. Before remembering something from like 16 years ago.
A magazine, years back, before Generals released came with a trailer for the game on disk. the same trailer we've all seen.
but what I specifically remember, was the article inside, a few pages about the game. I remember part of the article talking about each faction having generals with their own focus.
Trust EA to cut out the Generals from C&C Generals and sell them back in the expansion.
I vaguely seem to remember the piece mentioning a Chinese Hacker General
I don't think I'm going crazy but the only thing I can find about this mysterious general is an unfinished mod from seven years ago "Return of the Lost Generals" that was going to include the Hacker General.

Looking at OpenRA's news posts, I learned about an OpenRA mod a few days ago.

Romanov's Vengeance, Recommended by one of the lead contributors to OpenRA. (also on the community council for Command and Conquer Remastered)
Because Romanov's Vengeance is third-party. they're more free to use hacky fixes and workarounds, letting it develop much faster than the Official RA2 mod, where any submitted changes are often held for weeks at a time for review before being sent back CHANGES REQUESTED.
