I have a masterpiece painting and it's warning me not to sell it before trying to sell it. Is there something I can do with it?

I wish you could set bed ownership because one of my sims just woohoo'd in his little sisters bed

The 3 purchases I made from CDkeys were hassle free apart from a 10 minute wait on the 3rd purchase, waiting for a moderator of sorts to autorize my purchase.

Can anyone help? Sims 4 will not launch. The exe just does nothing at all.

I caved watching Robbaz and I gotta' say I'm very impressed. I thought I'd hate the fact the town isn't open anymore but honestly, I kind of prefer the separate lots. I feel more focused on what's happening with my Sims now instead of being distracted by random events all happening at once over town. The aesthetic is awesome, way better than Sims 3. It really lends itself to a cartoony look and the Sims I've made have all felt unique to one another. I'm really impressed, especially since I remember not being that happy with Sims 3 on release and after all the drama leading up to 4 I wasn't sure what I'd make of it.

Am I the only one who really doesn't like it? Like, I've only played it for about an hour on a stream so my friends could see it, but it's really fucking frustrating. The worlds are uneditable and that makes me so mad. You can only go to like 2 houses. I also hate how the interface is so ~minimalist~ and ~modern~. It's so freaking confusing. It played really smooth, but I noticed a few really weird glitches. My sim was shitting, got up and washed his hands (With the censor bar still on), and sat back down and finished. Is this what multitasking is?

i like the UI, after looking of screenshots of 3 it looks like a clusterfuck to me and that 4s is way more simplistic and easier to use (though i havent played a sims game in like 8 years so im distanced from how they did the old UIs) to each their own though

It's so freaking confusing.[/QUOTE] It is minimalist and modern, but it's really well designed and easy to use I don't know why you'd add tildes to the words like that, minimalism is the way to go with all UI design now and it would be dumb not to make it as modern as possible

Is there any way to dupe your Sim when making a household? I want to make a household of clones

So I picked up this game recently. On the first day, I decide to go to my neighbor's house to introduce myself. Not too much later, her idiot roommate starts a fire on the grill. [img]http://a.pomf.se/brazty.png[/img] Even though the fire alarm was going off, no help came. The guy died, and Death payed a visit. However, we were all stuck on the lot because we couldn't leave until the fire was taken care of. I was hoping it'd go out on it's own, but it just slowly spread throughout the house. After waiting nearly an entire day, I decided to brave it and put out the fires myself. Which was really easy, and made me feel silly that my Sim passed out three times and wet his pants before I took action.

Um... My sims refuse to cook or clean dishes, doing the whole "I can't find a way to get there" thing, but there's no reason they should be. Any ideas? I apparently also don't have a trash can?

Broke down and got the game. So far I'm actually impressed. Aside from the lack of pools the gameplay is what you'd expect and the character creator is pretty cool. Though I'd like to edit the height of people and I have not found out how to do so yet.

the UI is so different compared to sims 2 and 3 (which I've been playing a ton of in the days leading up to the release) that it feels much more like a brand new game and I'm so helplessly lost in the UI or maybe its because its 2 in the fuckin' morning

One of the best things about the game is the new duration of sleep.

I'm liking it so far. I do wish my sims wouldn't keep using the bathroom for conversations though.
