The base game already had morphs for the men to have babies. I guess they planned ahead for the eventual alien expansion pack.

i finally procured a copy and the neighborhood is pretty much empty like how is it this small i'm fine with closed neighborhoods as long as they have a similar amount as 3's towns but jesus christ there isn't even a spa/parlor/salon

You're allowed to convert residential lots to commercial, even a "Generic" commercial lot. Speaking of, got my copy for $43 yesterday. I like the create a sim. Spent a lot of time just tinkering.

Are there any particular mods for Sims 3 that are worth picking up? I got the Story Progression one, and a few other of that guy's mods to make the game run a bit smoother.

I've been looking through that big Sims 3 Modlist site, but it's so hard to find stuff unless you already know what you're trying to find. Thanks for the tip, I'll check that one out.

There is a mod that gets rid of the rabbit hole careers and makes them work more like Ambition's profession system, but I haven't tested it yet. EA worlds like Bridgeport and Isla Paradiso give me a ton of performance issues, while the other worlds are also just too tiny. Player made worlds like Alpine County and St. Claire are massive and my game handles them extremely well considering all the custom content I have installed with the graphics at max.

Any mods for sims 4 that allow me to shape my sims in insane ways like people did in cas demo?
